Can I use this product safely on vinyl siding of house that has a small hole/crack?

Yep, I used it on my vinyl siding. You may want to check it once a year or so. Weather and Sun will break down the material a lot faster than the siding will.

will this stick to pure silicone sealant

Yes it sticks to silicon caulk, and then I could paint around my windows. We were changing house colors.

Can it be used to sealing the seams on an RV

Depending on the surface type you are trying to seal (metal, rubber, fiberglass, vinyl, etc.), Big Stretch may get the job done, but it can be weather-sensitive, especially with cooler temps (below 40° F) and higher humidity levels (50% or higher). Is this product water clean up?

If the Big Stretch is still fresh, you can clean it up with soap and water. If the product has already cured, you can use a knife to cut the caulk. A solvent-based remover will break the bond and clean up any residue. If you've already removed the majority of it, you can use an alcohol drenched rag to soften the remainder and remove with a sharp putty knife.
