I really love this concept. It’s such a simple idea, but it takes a lot of the guesswork out of planting. For me, this works especially well because it removes the overthinking around spacing and placement. I can just follow the grid and move on, instead of second-guessing everything. There are a few smart design features that stand out: Comes with a measuring/poker stick Slot built into the square to hold the poker stick The stick also has a small built-in scoop on the end Includes removable funnel that snaps into the underside. Everything comes with a large storage bag, which is a nice bonus The design is very well thought out—it honestly feels like something a gardener came up with after dealing with the same frustrations. What I like: Takes the guesswork out of plant spacing Great for staying organized and efficient Especially helpful if you tend to overthink layouts Well-designed and easy to use One suggestion: I would love to see a simple flower seed placement chart included. It’s something I can figure out on my own, but having a quick reference would make this even more user-friendly. Things to keep in mind: It won’t fit every container size Works best in larger beds, garden areas, or appropriately sized pots Overall, this is a really smart tool that makes planting faster, easier, and more enjoyable.

I can't recommend the Seeding Square tool highly enough – it's truly a game-changer! If you're gardening with young children, this tool is an absolute must-have. I've always been a fan of square foot gardening. Recently I have incorporated it into my work as a School Garden Coordinator. I work with seven elementary schools, delivering garden-based lessons and assisting with garden planting and maintenance. Square foot gardening is an excellent technique for maximizing produce yields across all of the uniquely sized school gardens. However, getting young students to accurately plant seeds using rulers has always been a challenge. I've experimented with various methods like twine grids, chopsticks, seed tape, and cardboard templates, but none have provided the accuracy needed. I've often found myself spending countless hours after school replanting seeds to ensure proper spacing and depth. The Seeding Square has been a revelation. This actually really helped me with spacing for planting corn but the price had me reconsidering the purchase. Well made and easy to use. I will be keeping this for the next season

This gardening tool is a great idea. It gives you clear guidance on how to plant seeds in your home garden. We will be using it in our raised bed vegetable garden boxes this Spring. It is a simple plastic square with very helpful information. For the novice or non-expert, it is a good tool at a good price. Good value. I recommend.

I have a lot of experience with gardening, but just recently had enough room to fully get into raised vegetable gardening. I was concerned about figuring how how many of each plant to place in each bed, how much space each plant would need, etc. This product takes all of the guess work out of gardening. It’s so easy to use and comes with a laminated “cheat sheet”. It’s basically impossible to mess up when using the square. My seedlings are now thriving and I truly believe it’s partially thanks to this product. I’m very happy with the quality and easy of use and highly recommend for anyone considering purchasing!

This is so much easier than measuring and trying to space out your plants yourselves. I recently discovered square foot gardening and this tool works wonderfully for measuring out your garden. The additional tools and spacing guide it came with were easy to use and a great help when planning our summer garden.

Provides clear guidance for plant spacing and seed placement. Easy to use, with clear instructions. I can’t wait to see how my new garden system turns out!

Works great! Well made and very helpful when planting

Excellent product. I have bought 4 of these seeding square's as I belong to a gardening group, to give confidence to people who want to learn how to grow their own veg. This product takes the guess work out of how deep or at what space should I plant the seeds. I highly recommend these seeding square's for square foot gardening.

Easy to use and definitely increases production and better spacing of seedlings

My garden is so neat and tidy this year after using the Seeding Square to plant. I’ve used homemade ones in the past, but this one has got the spacing right saving me work.
