OK, first off what is all this whining about "can't tell front from back"? Not for nothing, but one side has a thick, absorbent pad right where you might be leaking. On that same side the leg opening is cut higher than the other side. So, that would be the front. I have had to use this type of underwear since a prostatectomy didn't go so well 11 years ago. Over the years I have tried virtually every brand and style available. Yes, the Depends "real fit" are a little fancier, but too pricey to be the every day go-to. The Tena brand is comfortable, affordable, and functional to the max. Five stars and more.

I normally use a different brand and thought I would try these because of the price. I ware a large in the other brand and thats what I ordered here. It seems their large starts at 45! The other was 38 to 42 for large, so this is a bit big. My fault for not checking enough. Needless to say the fit is a little loose. I do like the pad though, as wraps around more that the other. I have to ware shilds as well as the pants. I won't know how well the work until I have a problem. I do worry the fit may let them leak, but I won't blame that on these pants. I will get the right ones next time. As this may not work as well as the right size I am giving this three starts. Buy the way, they do have an extra bit in the butt for those with a larger size bottom.

First diaper I’ve used that doesn’t fall or sag when I walk or stand up from a seated position. Fits securely without being tight or rubbing. Stays dry longer so it doesn’t irritate your skin. They cost a little more, but I believe they are worth it. I hope they work as well for you. UPDATED; For those having trouble distinguishing the front from the back, hold the waistband at 1 of the 2 side tear-away locations and lightly stretch the elastic. You should be able to see the difference between the white front thread and the blue rear thread. I agree a tag in the back would have been better.

Ordered these for husband that usually used depends. Looking for something a less expensive. These are not doing the job as he has leaks around the leg openings-- not fitting tight enough. Back to Depends for us.

This product works great for my situation. Fits snugly and absorbs a lot of liquid. Stays in place around my waist all day and does not get weighted down. This product is just the right size for my waist size 39. I had tried a larger sized TENA product earlier and after a while it started to slip due to the weight of the liquid being absorbed. This product is just the right size for my waist size 39. 5-star rating for this product based on my first few usages!

These last @ least as long as my Depends. The only complaint is that it's a little difficult (but not impossible) to tell FRONT from BACK. So here's all you do:after pulling the garment out of the bag, look @ the bottom 1/3 for some "little wings" that are not on the other side, THAT's the back side to accomodate your cheeks. They'll fit either way, just a bit better if you get it right! So HAH!! 😂 ALSO the price is almost half what Depends is asking, & therefore about 1/6 the price CVS/WALGREENS asks & these are almost EXACTLY as comfortable as DEPENDS. THEY ARE GOOD BUT THOSE ARE NOT THE ONES I ORDERED. THEY ARE ALL WHITE. I HAD ORDERED BEFORE AND GOT THE GRAY ONES, WHICH ARE THE ONES I PREFER. I ORDERED GRAY. I WILL KEEP THEM BUT I DO NOT KNOW IF I WILL ORDER MORE. PAY A LITTLE MORE ATTENTION OR AT LEAST LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE OF ANY CHANGES.
