Good lower calorie/sugar alternative
Pretty good for 13 cals a teaspoon, still contains free sugars though. Tastes good not too sweet, definitely prefer a pure maple syrup but this is good if you’re looking to make better choices for health. Lots of uses, coffee, in yoghurt, on pancakes. Good price for the product, overall of good quality.

Absolutely delicious
The sweet freedom caramel coffee syrup is delicious. It's strong in flavour and I do not need to add much to my coffee to taste the flavour which makes this product long lasting. Great value for money I would definitely buy again. The perfect addition to my pantry.

Sweet and sugary
Bit too sweet for myy tastes, but if you love sugary things you will love this. I just use less to get my taste

Does spike
It is excellent stuff but it does spike your blood sugar, considerably even with Almond milk to soften the blow but being natural it is a better quality syrup for the coffees but go steady with it. Their site claims it doesn't spike it I believe but it does.

Very Tasty 🤤
This coffee shot is one of the best I’ve tasted. It’s lovely and thick and you don’t need a lot of it. Being sugar-free it’s not full of calories and this whole bottle lasted a good couple of months. Great value for money compared to others on the market.
