Greta syrup
Very nice syrup. Not overly sweet and it doesnโt taste fake! I have used this in my tea - trying to mimic the drinks you get from popular shops! Cheap when compared to those drinks too, so added bonus. I have also used this on my yoghurt to give it a twist alongside some granola and fruit. I have also tried the vanilla and the caramel flavours too - all just as good. It tastes just as sweet as sugar but has less calories and has a great flavour. Whatโs not to love??

Gingerbread latte!
Absolutely love this in my coffee at Christmas! I makes me feel much better that it is refined sugar free!

Sweet
I bought this to make lattรฉs. The flavour itself is good but not strong, a little more is needed to let the taste come through, unfortunately this makes it teeth itchingly sweet, so I used a strong bitter espresso to counteract the sugaryness and it works well. Other well know. Brands leave an artificial aftertaste that is quite unpleasant but this is very natural and doesnโt. Overall this is a great product, all natural but very very sweet.

Dessert Syrup
Delicious syrup with lots of true flavour. Have used it for various desserts, particularly ice cream.

Best of the range
Before writing this, I am a barista of 3 years with a lil passion for remaking work drinks at home and whose standards of syrups reside with Monin and Jordan's Skinny Syrups. I'm not a snob by any means with coffee, but this syrup is not a 'liquid' and is, indeed, more like a squeezy bottle syrup, allowing for use on desserts and in drinks. I've tried this in various hot drinks and iced lattes but found that whilst the raw flavour (just the pure syrup) was strongly gingerbread, the flavour in drinks dwindled slightly? I got the faint flavour and thought it was to do with my strong blend and sugars, but using with a weaker strength coffee and no sugar, using JUST the syrup i found was better but not up to my usual standards. This is the best in the range (i have caramel, vanilla and gingerbread) but isn't as good as other brands. it is nice in porridge and on top of ice creams (only tried these twice) but not for coffee in my opinion. I believe this is because its intended for multiple uses where it needs to be a topping and dissolvable for drinks. I'm sure this is better for desserts than drinks, or if you want the sweetness of sugars but with a hint of flavour. I'm sure this is perfect for those on a diet or want a cheap gingerbread syrup without splashing out ยฃ10 on a Monin bottle, though I (in my opinion), get what you pay for with flavour and quality of syrups. Sorry if I come across as snobby, I'm using my experiences with barista syrups like Monin and Skinny-Syrups as a comparison. Hope i've helped!
