On the box it only says they are latex free and made from a proprietary material they call Bliss. And they are lined with a pillow-soft plush lining. So I don't think we're meant to know. But at least they aren't latex.

Can one work with these gloves with 10% clorox?

Yes you can use them with 10% Clorox :) I actually use them with straight up Clorox & have been doing it for years. These are by far the BEST cleaning gloves out there & I have tried them all. They also hold up very well & outlast other brands. Great for sensitive skin & perfect for all cleaning jobs.
