Versatile, Lightweight Oil With a Neutral Flavor
I purchased the La Tourangelle Expeller-Pressed Grapeseed Oil because I wanted a versatile oil that I could use not only for cooking, but also for things like cast iron seasoning and hair and skin care. I really like products that can serve multiple purposes, so I was interested in trying this one. Smells good too. Great value. The bottle arrived securely packaged, and the size is convenient for keeping in the kitchen without taking up too much space. The packaging also makes it easy to recognize what the product is intended for.For cooking, I appreciate that grapeseed oil has a very neutral flavor. It doesn’t overpower the food or add a strong taste, which makes it useful for different types of recipes. I’ve found that it works well when I want an oil that doesn’t compete with the other ingredients. The high smoke point is also a major reason I wanted grapeseed oil, especially for higher-heat cooking.Another thing I like about this particular oil is its versatility. Grapeseed oil can be used for purposes beyond cooking, and I was interested in using it for hair and skin as well. It has a lightweight feel compared with heavier oils, which is something I personally prefer when using an oil on my hair or skin.I also like that the oil is expeller-pressed and has a neutral profile. The fact that it can be used for cast iron seasoning is another nice feature for someone who wants to keep a multipurpose oil around the house. What I like:* Neutral flavor that doesn’t overpower food* Useful for cooking and higher-heat applications* Lightweight oil* Versatile enough for different household uses* Convenient bottle size* Can be used for cast iron seasoning* Also useful for hair and skin careOne thing I would keep in mind is that anyone purchasing this specifically for hair or skin should remember that everyone’s hair and skin can react differently to oils. I would recommend starting with a small amount rather than applying a lot at once.Overall, I’m happy with this grapeseed oil because it is versatile and useful for more than just one purpose. I like having an oil available that I can use in the kitchen while also having the option of using it for other household and personal-care purposes. The neutral flavor and lightweight feel are two of my favorite qualities.I would consider purchasing it again once I run out, especially because of how many different uses it has around the house.

My favorite oil brand!
My absolute favorite oil (grapeseed) for roasting veggies and cooking steaks. It takes on and enhances the flavor of what you’re cooking. I only use this plus S&P. Roasted cauliflower ones put tasting butter basted. It’s always a hug around my house. I’m always asked how I prepared it when I cook for guests.Higher burning point, versatile. And the can doesn’t leak. This brand of products is always quality and reliable. Plus, the cans look fancy and expensive so they’re nice if you have an everyday spice and oil tray on your counter.

Great flavor and quality
I do not use any of these oils for moisturizing, I feel like they’re a little too expensive to use them for something like that but I enjoy them for the quality and the flavor of the oil. They might be a little bit higher priced, but I feel like it is fairly comparable to other quality oils. The flavor is wonderful and I love the look of them out of my counter. It is such a pretty bottle to have out on the counter. The only reason I gave it four stars was because of the pourspout. It ends up dribbling all over the top of the rim of the can. They need to fix the pourspout somehow to a better pouring system, but I love how it just has the cap snap back on. Maybe it just needs to be a little taller or more curved cap. Other than that I love my oils.

All around great performing oil, nice price tag
This is an excellent grapeseed oil! I use it in place of vegetable oil in most recipes. I like the lid/spout too. It's easy to pour for baking etc. Even the can is attractive!

Great price, what you need for cast iron
Highly recommended for my cast iron. Definitely the best option. Wish I'd known sooner.

Love this oil..for my tattoo!
I ordered this from amazon after reading all the great reviews about the product and the company, the subscribe and save price was good as well. The first thing I would like to note is that my can does not read exactly like the pictures which list the ingredient as 100% pure expeller pressed grapeseed oil. My can just says 100% grapeseed oil. I contacted amazon, and they promptly sent me another one, which still didn't match the picture, but that's fine. The cans came with no dents, but not for effort of packaging, just luck because they were rolling around in there unsecured. The oil itself is refined/processed, because it lacks the flavor and color of unrefined grapeseed oil. If that is what you are looking for, I prefer the Nature Certified organic grapeseed oil also sold here on amazon (I use that one on my hair). This one has a high smoke point, so great for cooking. But, that has not been my main use for it. I usually use organic hemp oil for my body now, in place of lotion because it is much more hydrating and I have very dry skin. When I received this oil, I was out of hemp oil so I tried it in it's place and its great. It doesn't break out my sensitive skin. I got a tattoo and tried this on it afterward-it's much better than anything I have used before! I hate neosporin and a&d, and all that junk they usually recommend (on the natural side, I have tried dr bronners balm, its pretty good on a new tat, but doesn't last as long as the grapeseed oil, and it tends to still itch a little bit, not too bad, its still good stuff). There are many better natural options for healing up cuts and the like! The guy who does my tattoos always wraps the newly inked area up in saran wrap, then I go home and wash the area then and every morning, keep it damp all day with this grapeseed oil, and wrap it up in saran wrap again at night. Instead of it getting dry, cracked and scabby (and risking messing up the ink) my scabs just slide off usually at night in the saran wrap and it looks clean and pretty when I wash it and reapply the oil. I have not had the issue of crazy itching that I had with the others (long ago, when I used neosporin and a&d), just a little here and there. Just so you know, don't scratch that new tattoo! Just slap it. Sounds wierd, yeah, but it works. I kept my tattoo covered with grapeseed oil constantly, wrapped it at night in saran wrap, and it was healed up and good to go in about six days. After that, I quit wrapping it at night because it started to make it itchy. But still, keep it oiled as much as you need to. This can leaks a bit from the top, so you can't take it with you. I just got a travel sized little container from target and filled it up with a little grapeseed oil to get me through the day, for my purse. So, thanks for taking the time to read my review, obviously this oil is great for many different customers! Enjoy!~

Calidad
Lo estoy usando para mi piel y es bueno. La presentación es atractiva y tiene una tapa que evita los derrames. Me gustó mucho. Es una cantidad razonable y el precio adecuado. Si se quiere mayor cantidad entonces, conviene por calidad y precio comprar la marca Kevala
