can i sleep with it？

My son sleeps while wearing it. A couple years now.

does this work for adult? I'm 25 years old

My 16 year old son tried it but he didn't wear it for even a week. He said it shifted and was terribly uncomfortable. Now he is doing excercises to build yogis muscles and that has definitely helped. God bless you.

What is the smallest size/circumstance this brace can go? (My 12 year old is skinny)

My 11 year old nephew is pretty skinny too and it can fit him tight. You will have to adjust the screws to tighten it but once you do that it'll fit right.

Does it has any warranty? For how long?

My son tried to wear this brace - he was in it about 8 hours total. He decided he was willing to live with his chest wall deformity - after a trip to the a Surgeon and purchasing the brace. The brace is like new, no returns no warranty. I work in orthopedics and I have seen great results with compliant patients with custom made braces - the surgeon we took my son to was impressed with the cost and quality of the brace, he took the information to share with his patients.
