No it's a hydraulic system for a vehicle, it would have to have an electrical system compatible with ps4 and put were the hydraulic is.

Works on drum brakes, it's a pass through, no reservoir. This goes in the line between the rear brakes and the master cylinder, bleed out all the air, pull back on the handle and it applies pressure to the rear brakes.
