This stuff is INCREDIBLE! I’ve been struggling with cracking, dry, and peeling on four of my fingers for a year. I’ve tried so many products and fixes, including prescription ointments, sleeping with gloves, bandages, covers. This is what FINALLY worked to clear and heal everything, without cumbersome bandages or gloves. Just the magic lotion. It’s a medium weight and it’s neither greasy or too creamy even though it’s deeply moisturizing. There’s slight lotion-ey feel to your hands for about 3 min after you rub it in but then it fades and your skin just feels like moisturized skin. Definitely fragrance free, and even when my skin is dry it doesn’t sting being absorbed. I use it religiously now. The fact that it’s so cheap is the cherry on top.

I've used many of the Gold Bond lotions and products, as I've had great experiences with them. I've used this Gold Bond Medicated Eczema Relief lotion before, but was happy to find it in a convenient tube (great for my purse and on-the-go purposes). This does feel like a hand cream should; it only takes a small amount, and is rich and creamy. What I like is that even though it's a rich consistency, it doesn't feel heavy or greasy. I can tell a difference quickly after an application, and my hands feel soft and smooth. I do have a type of eczema that affects areas on my hands, and my skin gets itchy and dry. I find this hand cream/lotion to be very helpful and soothing; helps with both hydrating the dry areas, and calming the itchy feeling. This truly is a fantastic product, and one that really works for me. It's fast acting, and only takes a small amount; thus, I feel like it is a nice value for what the price is (my own opinion). I'm a big fan of this hand cream, and highly recommend it! I'll definitely be ordering this cream again!

Works good for my stubborn eczema. Rubs in nice and I don’t feel slimy after using.

Used for a toddler with eczema and seems to work well compared to many others we have tried. I like that is isn't super thick so it spreads more easily. It's not greasy and it seems to have no smell. To be honest it wasn't enough to clear her skin up but now that she is on dupilumab her skin is clearer, but she is still itchy and this product helps.

Gold Bond Medicated Eczema Relief hand cream is my go-to hand cream when I get a flare-up. It absorbs immediately and is leave no greasy residue. It is truly soothing, and doesn't make my skin sensitive or tingle and burn like other hand lotions do. It lasts a long time, yet it is very affordable. The quantity included is just right. I always make sure to have a tube of this hand cream near my bedside, as I use it several times a day and at night, even if I don't have a flare-up, because it also helps keep my skin in good condition. The quality of this hand cream is good and it is so easy to use. It does have a tiny bit of fragrance, but it is low-key and pleasant, and I actually really love it.

Eczema is tricky but doesn't have be expensive finding the right creams for flare ups is a must. This one is good soothes and relieves doesn't cause more irritation but didn't DRY IT UP like I hoped.

Excellent. I think it is helping with the itch. It seems to work better than the Aveeno I was using. Less odor too. Dries fast. Perfect to take to work with me.

Having tried everything to calm my pesky hand and arm eczema over several years, I wasn’t really holding out much hope. This seemed expensive for the size tube but I wasn’t going to purchase anything bigger, or pricier, just yet. So I’m glad I decided to go for it because its effectiveness has really impressed me! Initially I liked the look of the ingredients and it tempted me to try it out. This formula certainly includes much more than your average creams - like vitamins, herbs, plant esters and peptides, along with the usual emollients, cholesterol and colloidal oatmeal - all in prescription strength amounts. Impressive. However, I didn’t expect it to be as effective as it was, given that I’m going through a flare-up right now. Within an hour all redness, itching, burning and peeling had completely settled down. After another couple of hours, I noticed some spots and cracks scabbing over and healing, whereas they had been open and sore for days. TBH I’m gob smacked and just wish I’d discovered this Company before. The hydration is light, non-fragranced and non-greasy and may not be rich enough for some but moisture levels do last for a little while. I admit I have mild eczema which can sometimes rise in intensity but some relief is better than none and I’ve not found anything that has worked as well as this. I have just ordered the more economical (yet still pricey) ! same formula Eczema Relief lotion in a good sized pump bottle. For this level of comfort though, I’m happy to pay a bit more. I only hope this helps those reading my review as much as it did me but we’re all different so🤞I do think it worth trying a small amount first to see how you get on and I wish you all good luck in your endeavours. I honestly think it was sheer luck that put me on to this formula as I’d given up looking for any new treatments. Suddenly, up popped this ad, when I was searching for something entirely different! Has the Universe decided to help me…?🍀 or has my device been listening to/spying on me all along 👀 and the algorithm thrown me an answer..? 😉💫

I have been using this for a few days and so far it is really great. Very rich and no reaction!! I have mainly purchased to deal with very dry hands that are looking very old beyond my age (seriously my face and my hands are aging at massively different rates). My skin is incredibly sensitive so wanted something that would not cause my eczema to flare. I have not used it whilst flaring up so I don’t know if I would be able to use it then. I mainly use very strong steroids and Vaseline as at that point it is normally too reactive to use anything else. I will update if I am able to use during a flare up. So far, I love this. It is very rich, I would say it it sinks in well without leaving a residue but that could be because my dry hands are like a dry sponge at this point. You don’t need a huge amount, I probably use a bit more than a normal person due to how bad my hands are. I’ve also used some on the dry heels of my feet also! I’ve attached photos before, the amount of cream and the after photo. I’m impressed with the results. You can see the dry dehydration wrinkles are mostly filled out after application. If you have normal skin, you might find this cream too rich and maybe greasy? But if you suffer from dry, flaky, eczema prone hands with a poor skin barrier then I can recommend this I’ve also bought the Gold Bond crepe corrector lotion and recommend! I’m not sure how long this tube will last but it doesn’t matter as I’m definitely going to buy more of it. P.s. I’ve just remembered my white cotton eczema gloves…. I’m 100% going to put my cream on at bedtime tonight with my obligatory cotton gloves. My hands are going to be like a baby tomorrow morning 🤣
