This roller is like magic. It is a fantastic quick facial oiliness remover. So compact, easy to use, works really well!

I recently stopped wearing make-up. This product comes in handy. Work commute of relaxing at home. The stone does wonders as will sitting in traffic. LOL

I really love this product. I use it and it’s fantastic. I put makeup in the morning when I get back home. I have my face shiny. That was a lot a lot oil in my face and I start cleaning my face. What a lot more is that you can take it out the little rock or the little bowl from that too in wash it it’s perfect. The price is perfect and the product is perfect.

This roller does remove oil and makes my skin look nicely matte, especially on my T-zone, so it works for its main purpose. However, there are a few downsides. After some use, it started to develop a weird smell, and I had to change out the ball, which was disappointing. It also tends to move my makeup around if I use it over foundation, so it’s not great for touch-ups. The plastic feels very light and cheap, and the roller itself is kind of bulky, making it inconvenient to carry in a purse. Overall, it works for oil control, but the quality and usability issues keep it from being a higher rating.

I have SUPER oily skin. The kind where my face is absolutely caked in it within an hour of blotting. I have tried all kinds of methods for oil reduction and frankly, nothing has helped me. I usually use oil blotting sheets or 1 ply toilet paper throughout the day when I wear makeup but decided to buy this Revlon Face Roller for a more environmentally friendly oil blotter option. This thing works! I just roll it all over my face slowly and it absorbs the oil, leaving my skin fairly matte. It doesn't over dry my skin, it is reasonably priced, it picks up my oil without picking up my makeup, doesn't smudge my makeup or make it cakey. I was actually pretty surprised! I also have acne prone skin and this hasn't given me any breakouts but I wash it after a day of use. It's easy to clean the ball and replace it in the roller (just water and mild soap). That said, I don't use this often. Not because it doesn't work but because blotting with 1ply TP is quicker and easier for me than carrying this around 24/7. I definitely think it's a good buy, but I just don't find myself using it as much as I should. All in all, I would totally recommend this roller if you don't mind bringing it everywhere with you. This is hands down the best beauty device I've ever owned. My skin is super oily. It's been such a challenge to find the right combination of products so that my makeup stays on in the Florida heat. What makes it so difficult is having to wear sunscreen. The moisturizing ones make my face greasy within 2 hours. The matte oil absorbing ones cause foundation to go on patchy ad textured looking. And if I have a mask on and take it off patches of smeared and melted sunscreen plus foundation are all over my nose and mouth area. That is one of the things I"m loving about this volcanic roller. You can use it without having to touch oil blotting papers or your face. Just take the cap off and roll this all over your face. You dont need a mirror, just roll it all over your entire face. What this does is it removes the oil while at the same time pushing the makeup back into your skin. It rolls out the patchy areas! I have never found a product that can actually fix or touch up ruined makeup before. I always had to take it off and reapply. This roller changes that completely! As for other reviewers saying their face was oily again within minutes, I havent experienced that any more so than with a blotting paper. Oily skin gets oily again no matter what I've tried. But I've never used anything that can remove shine while pushing all the makeup back into place. It also works great to remove the look of makeup that settles into pores on the cheeks beside the nose area. Even with blotting papers, those would remove shine but not make my makeup look just applied. This does that. Getting the stone out is a challenge if you threw away the packaging. Its actually super easy, you just twist the top clockwise and it all comes apart. I wash mine every couple days. I noticed a lot of reviews saying the stone never washes clean of makeup. It actually does, you just need to use face wash to wash the stone. Not a moisturizing kind because the stone will just absorb that oil from the product but something like Biore charcoal face wash. A grease cutting kind. Or use Dawn dish soap. I look back at all the years of my life and the challenges with constant makeup checking and blotting and powdering and looking for combinations of products that layer well together.... and now it has all been solved, with just this stone? It really has! If you have oily skin and face similar issues try this product and take the tips I just gave you for the best way to use it. I believe it'll work for you too, its just matter of not letting product build up on the stone. The people who are experiencing that are either using plain water to was it, or a moisturizing cleanser to wash it so it isnt coming clean.

I am very happy with this roller. It definitely works for me. It is much easier and cheaper than carrying blotting papers. I do wish it was a big large, but then I guess it wouldn't be so easy to carry in my purse. You do need to clean it but I find you can use a few times in between cleanings and it still works.

I was shocked that this worked as advertised. I can throw away all those blotting papers. I have crazy oily skin and this works so incredibly well. I keep it in a scrubs pocket at work and pull it out when I pop out to the bathroom. Touches up my face without ruining my makeup.

Actually works, I have very oily skin and it's a little miracle. I usually have to wash my face in the afternoon just to feel clean. Not anymore, 1 min with this little genius and my skin is matte for another good few hours.

Ich habe den Revlon Volcanic Roller ausprobiert, weil ich oft mit glänzender Haut zu kämpfen habe, vor allem in der T-Zone. Der Roller liegt gut in der Hand, ist kompakt und passt problemlos in jede Handtasche. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass man ihn immer wieder verwenden kann, einfach abwaschen und schon ist er wieder einsatzbereit. Die Wirkung hat mich wirklich überzeugt. Mit ein paar leichten Bewegungen über Stirn, Nase und Kinn wird der Glanz sofort reduziert, ohne dass man Puder oder Blotting Papers braucht. Das Gesicht wirkt mattiert, aber nicht ausgetrocknet, und das Make-up bleibt an Ort und Stelle. Fazit: Ein cleveres kleines Beauty-Tool, das genau das tut, was es verspricht. Für alle mit öliger Haut eine klare Empfehlung.
