What a game changer for breads
If you wish to never use maida in your breads, Purix gluten is the go-to. Basically, maida and wholewheat flour differ in the gluten percentage and that makes wholewheat breads difficult to make. Purix gluten solved that problem for me and made my breads even better than before

Normal Flour to Strong Bread Flour
Good for mixing your own strong bread flour. Folks at Purix are very prompt and responsive in addressing issues. My order was incomplete and the matter was promptly resolved.

poor packaging and presentation...
I am yet to use it. But the one thing that is disappointing in india is packaging and maybe that is where,inspite of good quality,you don't feel like buying the products. Though in the recent years there has been improvement,but not enough to be world class....

Tried the product for the first, thought I was paying more, surprisingly wasn't disappointed.

Not vital wheat gluten.
Although the product is being marketed as vital wheat gluten, it isn't really it. It's just high gluten wheat flour. The best way to test vital wheat gluten is the water test. Take a spoon of the product and mix it with a spoon of water. Vital wheat gluten will immediately take form of a glue like elastic structure. This product just became a mushy paste, so much so that I'm very sure it's nothing above 40% gluten, if at all it even is that much.
