I have used this vitamin for years. Recently had an eye exam, and my doctor said my eyes look very healthy. I told him I took Lutein and he told me to keep it up.

My eye doctor said I should start taking 20 mg of lutein every day for my eyes. I don’t take the Areds, just lutein. It’s supposed to stop the advance of dry amd.

I've been using this ever since I had the smallest macular degenerate diagnosis. My vision has benefited, and the macular degeneration has actually improved. It's also good for vascular health. I experience no side effects, and I like the fact that it's just lutein.

It was suggested to me to take lutein daily for eye floaters, as mine were getting pretty severe -- lots of crap in my vision that was honestly becoming disruptive. I was given the advice to give it a month or more before I would start to see results.I've tried this stuff in the past, and it didn't seem to do anything, but as I stack a lot of supplements I don't think that I tried long enough without dropping them. I kept at it this time and I do believe that these do the trick for floaters. It doesn't entirely eliminate them, by any means, but it makes them somehow far less objectionable and disruptive. I now have this on autoship as it really does seem to "work" for its intended purpose. I can still see the floaters, but I am no longer plagued by them.It helps, too, that these vitamins are small, coated, odorless, and very easy to take. Even if they aren't working absolute miracles, they help, and aren't difficult to add to a daily vitamin regimen.

De verdad lo recomiendo mucho, ya me habían hecho 3 operaciones en mi ojo y la 4ta ya ni pir no ser candidata, empecé a tomarlas y de verdad totalmente negro ya visualizo no en su totalidad pero ahí va poco a poco.
