Met my expectations and then some!!!
So I opened the box and the knife that I got out was a lock blade with a black handle. I ordered the green wood handle so I was a bit confused. There was a second lock blade in the box that had the green handle. It was very nice, the handle was free of sharp edges and nicely polished. The green handle doesn't look like wood or feel like wood but it's spectacular in feel and appearance. The knife sharpener has a brass handle that is very short and it's difficult to get a good grip on it. I'm not sure how useful it will prove to be as a sharpener for the 2 knives. I prefer the ceramic stick type sharpener that forms a "V" between the ceramic rods. A few licks on that type of sharpener usually is all that's necessary to touch up a dull blade. The green knife is a bit larger of the 2 knives, and has the Damascus steel blade. A very nice knife and well worth the price. The sheath has a place for the sharpener to be stored securely and that's a nice touch. It seems well made, and good quality. I would definitely purchase again from this company.

These knives are no joke!!!
It's exactly as pictured and decent quality, very good actually from what I can discern now holding it. I can't testify to durability yet as I just got it today but for the price, it seems like a hell of a deal. It's very beautiful and elegant. I love the deep rich tones of the Buffalo horn. These would make a very nice gift for masculine friends and family. If I received this knife as a gift, I'd pee myself, it's that nice. It was covered in oil and took some intense wiping down. I don't have any ideas as to what kind of attention and care it'll take since they coated it in so much oil but I'm not concerned, for the price...it seems pretty hard to find any faults with it so far. If need be, I can certainly keep some oil on it once in a while. Did I mention it's beautiful? Oh...it is. If I had to find something to improve on, it'd be cool to have an easy open version with a thumb post for one hand opening but this knife was never supposed to be that. It opens easy enough and it's so nice looking, lol. Everything is nice and tight on it. I can't believe they are priced so nicely, you'd never believe it if someone handed you this knife. The sheath looks decent quality as well. I have not looked at it super closely as I never use a sheath anyway just carry them in my pocket but what little I messed with it, it seems quite good as well. Super impressed with this deal, what a bargain! I want the entire set! I have not been paid to review this product in any way, I ordered and paid for it for my own use. I'm just that satisfied with it.

Good value for the cost
I was looking for a folding knife that would lock in position, like a Buck knife would. Nothing fancy, no rapid action, and I like the look and feel of Damascus steel. When I saw this knife and the price, I was a bit skeptical, but thought if it didn't work, I could always display as part of the collection. When I received the knife, I was immediately impressed with the belt sheath. Not some cheap plastic sheath, but a real, stitched leather sheath. I then opened the knife, and the Damascus steel blade and the entire knife came nicely packed in preservative oil to protect the blade and the carved stag handle, nicely done. You can wipe off the preservative oil and wipe onto the sheath to help break in and preserve the sheath as well, no waste. I did not experience any of the loose blade/tang/handle issues that I had seen in other reviews, and even if the blade was loose, the allen head set screws allow for rapid tightening of anywhere the blade may be loose, a well crafted knife. I had originally thought about adding this blade as a new addition to the collection, but after seeing the craftsmanship in everything about this blade from the Damascus steel blade to the carving of the stag handle, to the quality mounting in the tang and the bolsters, this knife has now become my EDC, and you cannot go wrong with the price. The heft of the knife, the smooth lines, flowing curves, smooth action, yeah, I would recommend, and will be back for more from this seller.

Two knives
Got two of the 3 knifes. But good quality knifes. I got the two smaller ones unfortunately. But I would rate it a 5 but I would give it a 4. But I am also not unhappy with my purchase. Both knifes came right out of the packages sharp. They both feel well made as well

By far the most beautiful knife I've seen, 10/10 would buy again.
When I opened the box, I saw the leather sheath, it seems a little thin for leather but it looks real, and it looked great, the sharpener is a great addition, and looks great. There was also a smaller knife I believe was complimentary, and I love that knife, it is stainless steel, and appears to have an ivory type handle, and it is a very nice knife alone worth the price, but, then I opened the Damascus knife, and while it was very oily out of package, it is definitely one of the most beautiful blades I've seen in person. The blade had a perfect texture with the Damascus, and the handle has a beautiful buffalo horn, with grains and other beauties, not shown in the product picture, it is so beautiful, and I love this knife, I bought it for my girlfriend as a present, but I might get one myself too!! 10/10 would buy again.

Good Product, imperfect execution
So... its a pretty darn good handmade knife. With all that entails. Its sturdy, has a good heft to it, came covered in oil (a good thing, not a compliant) and is sharp. Its an attractive knife and I like the construction (I make knives as a hobby but not locking ones like this) which has 5 pins and a lanyard hole. That's the good. Here's the bad. It IS handmade. It has flaws and ones I think they could have eliminated. The brass/wood line on both sides has a slight bend in it (grinder flaw? Its in roughly the same location both sides) and detracts from the look of the knife and on one side, you can feel the transition from wood to brass... that will lead to wear over time and could lead the the wood eroding away over time. The lanyard hole could have had a steel or brass tube in it, instead its just a hole in the wood. A lanyard, if you use one, could wear away at the wood, again detracting form the look. My final annoyance with the knife is that as I was opening it once, it seemed to catch and wouldn't go any farther open; I closed it without any effort and it opened cleanly afterwards and since, but I gotta wonder what caused it and if it will happen again. The last flaw isn't with the knife itself and isn't that big of a deal, but here goes... the case to attach to your belt is stiff leather and extremely tight. I was never planning on using it but I couldn't get the knife in there and back out with one hand or snap it close with one hand. Without those flaws this is a 4-5 star knife. With them, its a strain to call it a 3.

AMAZING, with a nice surprise!
Great communication, not a fast delivery (USA to Europe, so no problem there) but when the package arrived I was surprised to see TWO extra gifts - a keychain and an EXTRA small handmade pocket knife! GREAT overall, and I might buy from this seller again and again! Five stars all the way!
