For starters, absolutely amazing taste! Almost exactly like a cheesecake milkshake with makes it super easy to wanna stay consistently to it and not get tempted easily, and the size is decent for the price and with MCT oil and cream cheese it’s very well worth adding to your keto diet. My only complaints are I wish it had more vitamins and supplements added for nutrition purposes, and I wish somehow that it mixed better with water and ice but it blends clumped up like most powdered shakes. Overall I highly recommend, and I’ll be getting this for any time I need to jump quick back into keto

I ordered the keto shake since am trying to cut down the number of carbs from my regular meals which would make me hungry all the time. Prior to trying this keto shake, I started with drinking a protein shake and very soon realized am not liking it since it makes me go to the bathroom a few times after drinking it. Also, these protein shakes are a bit 'heavy' in my stomach and make me feel full, for some amount of time and then quickly wanes off making me very hungry. This keto shake is 'lighter' and tastes much better, and dissolves quickly in water, almond milk, and regular milk. I tried it with coconut milk as well, it doesn't really taste bad but has a strong oily smell. I believe this product is not made to be consumed with coconut milk because it already has MCT coconut oil powder. I tried it with some buttermilk and it does taste like a good quality greek yogurt. Overall, the cheesecake-flavored shake is a treat and can easily help manage your cravings for sweet food items. Note, the shake will develop a 'oily' smell if prepared and consumed after some time, let's say one hour in my case. So in case you want to prepare a shake and want to carry it with you, make sure to consume it as soon as possible. I reached out to customer care and they offered me a free replacement of a different flavor, which is another nice flavor to try. My recommendation is to try it out with regular milk and then go on to experiment with other types of milk. Again, consume is as soon as you prepare to enjoy the full flavor profile.

I love a scoop of this in my coffee in the morning, as I only eat one meal a day around 3 pm. Never feel hungry using this to aid my intermittent fasting. I tried to save money using other keto shake mixes, but they are always too grainy and not delicious like this one. The other mixes either clump or taste grainy. Higher quality ingredients in this keto mix mean it costs a bit more, but well worth it. Recommend without reservation. I have it on auto monthly order because it is that good.

I first tried this with one scoop cheesecake powder and one scoop Isopure strawberries and cream to up my protein. I blended with ice and it tasted like strawberry cheesecake. So delicious! The next time I made pancakes with one scoop of each and 2 eggs and baking powder, water and a splash of half and half. This was so good. I tried again with this powder and Quest cinnamon crunch and I was not disappointed. One scoop of each and 2 eggs made about 5 pancakes and I couldn't finish them all so I saved some for a snack later. Even cold these were a great sweet treat. They were not fluffy like a pancake but they tasted so much better than the plain keto mixes of pankes I've tried. I also mixed this powder, eggs, baking powder, and the Quest multipurpose powder to make sandwich bread and it was quite filling and didn't spike my glucose levels. The problem I have found is that after the first time I drank this in a shake I can't drink it as a shake anymore. Everytime I've tried to have this as a shake I felt bloated and gassy and had to belch to relieve the pressure in my belly. I thought I was going to have an upset stomach. I suspect the MCT oil is the culprit, but this is no fault of the product because MCT oil has done this to me before and I am just now making the connection. I tried the shake again last night and had the same bloated, gross feeling and got a little gassy. I woke up this morning and was burping and it was not pleasant. I didn't notice this issue when I ate the powder mixed with the eggs so I will continue to consume it that way. I would also like to share that my husband started drinking the coffee shake from this brand and he loves it. It doesn't upset his stomach, and on a positive note, he was losing weight and struggling to get back up to a healthy weight and the shakes seemed to do the trick. I don't want to scare anyone away because he gained weight as I have lost weight even while using the cheesecake one. Honestly, I think the high fat of the MCT oil is what is not agreeing with my stomach. This really is a delicious flavor and I will continue to use it for cooking and baking sweet treats. I have the coffee flavor on autoship for my husband and I will be repurchasing the cheesecake for myself.

One of my favorites! The flavor was GREAT!!! It mixes well with yogurt. I wouldn't say it's a protein as much as it's a meal replacement. Wasn't chalky, clumpy, or overly protein-like.

*** FOLLOW UP - the company was nice enough to refund my money, so kudos to them for being honest and also offering excellent customer service. Just to reiterate, it is my belief that there is a spoiled ingredient(s), and that the original formula should taste good. I hope the company can fix this issue as I believe that they normally make good products with quality ingredients. Also for those who buy this powder, here is what to look for; this is a summary of my experience, which is in line with the other 1 star reviews. - In powder form the cheesecake powder actually smells and tastes normal. When you put a spoonful of powder in your mouth it actually tastes somewhat okay. Not too off putting at this point.... - After you mix the powder with liquid is when the "magic happens" and the powder becomes nasty. - Initially it has the taste of spoiled milk or vomit, and then I know this is going to sound weird, but the longer you leave it in the liquid the more the "bad taste" develops. If you leave it in a plastic bottle long enough (even just 20 minutes), the plastic will start to absorb the nasty smell/taste. ORIGINAL REVIEW I bought 3 bottles of this "cheesecake" protein powder when it was on sale a few months ago. Just got around to using it and like many other reviewers came to find out that the taste was horrible, like that of spoiled milk or vomit. No joke!! It has a weird sour aftertaste and tastes nothing at all like cheesecake. Cheesecake flavor is mainly cream cheese and some type of sweetener, which is not too hard to replicate these days, even while keeping keto macros in mind. There is something seriously off putting about this formulation, I'd recommend ANY of the other brands that are popular, they are light years better....

The flavor isn't bad but it does not taste like cheesecake. It tastes like vanilla with artificial sweetener. It's not closing but it edges up to cloying. It just stops short.

I've really enjoyed this shake. It's filling and is super quick and easy to mix in my vortex shaker bottle. It tastes like real cheesecake, not some chemical version of what a scientist thinks it tastes like. I also like that there's no caffeine so if I want "dessert" for dinner it won't keep me up all night. Great value as well. I use it anywhere from 1-5 meals a week and it really helps keep my inflammation down and appetite at bay.

Total waste of money for me. Tasted like a mix between puke and parmesan cheese. How anyone could like this stuff amazes me. Threw it in the rubbish.
