This says made in China? I was under the impression Axis was manufactured elsewhere?

Axis does manufacture cameras in China, but these cameras are intended for the Chinese market only. If this camera was made in China, beware! P-series AXIS cameras are otherwise manufactured in Sweden.

How many mm is the lens?

Sir it is 3.4-8.9 mm lens for wide area surveillance and a tele 9-22 mm lens for surveillance from a distance.

This model (p3245-lve comes in either 9mm or 22mm. does this camera come with both 9mm and 22mm lenses?

NO. There are two different Axis model numbers for the two lense options. Go to the Axis website and look it up. This is the second time I've answered this question. People are buying $1000 cameras and don't know how to use the basic product resources....like the Axis website??!!!!!!! Good luck with it.
