I bought this for my son. He has very light hair and his scalp was my biggest concern for this summer. We used a powder SPF for his early years but we absolutely love this spray. It’s not greasy but does give his fine hair some texture. Great protection!

Works better than anything I tried, dermatologist recommended. Has some scent, would prefer unscented. Not overwhelming, though. Mineral based protection. Some water resistance.

I purchased this scalp spray because my scalp constantly burns in the sun where my hair is parted. Before this product, I would try to apply regular liquid sunscreen to my part but the application was messy and left me with a white cast and greasy hair. I don’t want to wear a hat (my head shape just doesn’t work with hats lol and I get far too hot), so I thought I’d give this a try. I’ve used this spray on my scalp twice so far and it has totally prevented burning! The spray is a relatively fine mist and isn’t nearly as greasy as traditional sunscreen but isn’t totally free from grease. However, after applying it and laying by the pool, I was able to style my hair without washing it (I’m pretty sure I’m the only one who could tell it was the tiniest bit greasy. The more spray you apply, the greasier it tends to be. The fragrance isn’t the worst, but it’s certainly not my favorite. It’s not terribly overwhelming, I just have a sensitive nose. The container is pretty small but since I only use it where my hair is parted, I imagine it’ll last me a while, but it’s still pretty pricy for the amount you get. The little protective cap does NOT stay in place, but I haven’t had any leaking so far. Without having tried any other scalp SPF products, I do recommend this product (especially versus using liquid SPF on my scalp!!).

This kept my scalp from burning outside all day. Did reapply once just to be on the same side. Smells nice. Seems a little oily but not bad and did not make my hair look greasy or dirty. I like the ingredients as well and its easy to use.

This works perfect if I want to wear my hair parted at the beach. No burn!

Great product not too greasy. If you have hair extensions DONT use this product. Turned my extensions reddish orange.

I can't live without this in the summer or on tropical vacations. This has saved me from burning my scalp for the past several years. I just mist it on my part before going out in the sun and gently rub it into my scalp. It does make my roots a little bit greasy by the end of the day, but it doesn't bother me, especially on a beach or pool day.

I love this product. Seems to really work and I like the smell.

I’m not sure how it works in terms of protection, but be very careful with this product because it is leaving your hair greasy. Probably fine for the beach.

the coating on the outside of this bottle literally melted off in my beach bag, stained everything, i think the product was ok but will not order again unless packaging is changed

Excited to try on this product but have received it in a badly damaged condition.
