Ladybug Silicone Breast Milk Collector 2.5 oz, 1 PK

I absolutely love this milk catcher! I recently had purchased a different one but it was constantly leaking and spilling out the top since there was no plug and there was no suction to make it stay in place. With this milk catcher I can comfortably use it during the night with no spills or leaks and it stays in place until I can dump it. It’s very easy to use and I love the suction option so it stays put during the night. It’s very good quality and seems to be very durable so far. I have already gotten an extra 9-10 ounces using this milk catcher and I haven’t even had it 24 hours yet! It is very easy to clean with no nooks or crannies unlike the previous milk catchers I had purchased. This is definitely a game changer!

Love how easy this was to use. Simply stick it in my bra while the baby nurses on the other side. Easy to take off and pour out. Will definitely buy another to keep them in rotation.

I loved using my original Haakaa for passive milk collection since I leak A LOT, but when using it, my breastfeeding baby would often kick it off, spilling breastmilk everywhere. This is much better as it can fit inside a bra and it less prone to being kicked (or otherwise bumped) off. That said, it does not provide quite as much suction as the original so cannot really be used as a hand pump and also tends to collect a little less milk.

I use the regular haaka multiple times a day. I thought I would like this one because it wouldn’t be in the way as much. I do like the size, but the suction is not enough for me. I normally get 1-3 oz from the haaka while I’m feeding on the other side. The suction on the ladybug is not enough for me so I get only a few drops. If you normally get 4+oz from the haaka then this will probably work for you.

I bought this for my third baby and I am SO glad that I did. I bought the Milkie’s milk saver with my last baby, and this little guy is exponentially better. First of all, this is 100% soft comfortable silicone. The milkies has a hard piece that keeps it from collapsing in your bra and it pressed on my ducts and resulted in my getting mastitis - twice. This milk saver is comfortable no matter how engorged my breasts are. Second, you can use it with or without a nursing bra! Because it can provide just a slight amount of suction it is enough to stay on by itself (at least until it starts getting full, but at that point you should probably empty it into a storage bag anyway), but it is also small enough to fit (although pretty snugly) into a nursing bra or tank. Also, because of the little feet on the bottom it stands on its own which is super convenient. I have 2 toddlers and a newborn at home and it hasn’t spilled yet. Also because of its shape it is much more comfortable to use while nursing than the original haakaa - my babies always ended up kicking or knocking off the haakaa. Overall it is an easy comfortable way to catch all that extra milk that would be spilling into a nursing pad or drenching my clothes while nursing. This is NOT a pump like the original haakaa. But this is perfect especially in those first weeks when your milk is coming in and you don’t want to cause oversupply issues by pumping. I have been using it for less than a week and have almost 20 oz of milk saved just from using this to catch those extra drips of milk! Only downside - it does not hold very much milk at once, which I knew already so I am not disappointed, it just means I keep a ZipTop milk storage bag handy and empty it into that when it gets too full.

Don't get those little one use haakaa colostrum collectors. You're gonna need to get syringes and lots of them. I only bought one ladybug because that's all I really needed. I love this little guy because its so easy to clean and doesn't stimulate your nipples, it just lightly sucks. I'm only gonna use my ladybug until I give birth and them I'm gonna graduate to the other silicone haakaa pump along with my spectra electric pump. The ladybug is super easy to clean. Make sure you unplug the top when you clean it though so that the water can drain out and so that you're also cleaning that little hole and the plug. I hand express the same amount from each boob so that I keep them even. Don't hand express until your OB tells you to though because nipple stimulation can put you into labor. I was able to passively collect colostrum starting at 27 weeks when it started coming in and I would only get like 5 ml between both breasts. Now I'm able to hand express 25 ml at 38 weeks pregnant. Get you some 1 ml syringes to start(but don't get a huge pack because by the time you need to be using more, you'll probably want to use the 5ml ones so you don't have a bajillion syringes in your freezer. Also, don't fill the syringes to the top line because liquid expands when frozen and it'll push the pushers out of the syringe. Fill the 1 ml to about .9 ml and the 5 ml to about 4.8 unless you get syringes that have lots of extra space. I put 5 stars for suction power because it's great suction for colostrum and only colostrum. It's not gonna suck out colostrum that isn't already dripping as it isn't a pump. It just sucks on to your boob and collects what is already on its way out.

Maybe I'm not versed in using one of these, but it doesn't like to stay on... I've tried all the tricks, and it always loses suction and falls off. Then I have a new.. It's not functional for me in way of size, comfort, or ease of use.. I and up leaking, and our falling off. And you have to hand wash it, as the dishwasher doesn't get all up in there. So i won't be buying this again..

If one breast leaks while you feed on the other, this little ladybug will save every precious drop. The Haakaa Ladybug was incredibly helpful for me. Instead of soaking pads and wasting milk, it made it so easy to collect everything that leaked naturally. The ease of use is amazing — you just place it inside your bra, and it quietly collects milk without any effort. It’s super comfortable, very lightweight, and the functionality is perfect for everyday nursing. I loved being able to pour the collected milk into a bottle for later or even freeze it to build a small stash. For the price, the value for money is excellent, and emotionally it felt so much better than watching milk go to waste. A must-have for breastfeeding moms who want to save every drop.

Würde ich immer wieder kaufen. Saß perfekt und hat die Milch aufgefangen. Das Silikon stinkt nicht. Super Produkt

Très confortable, recueil sans effet de coque rigide comparé aux autre recueils de lait. Se met avec un faible effet ventouse qui ne tire pas sur le sein comme le haakaa original. Je recommande ! Attention, est assez visible sous les vêtements, surtout avec une forte poitrine

Er zit maar 1 lekbakje in. Voor de prijs is dat het absoluut niet waard. Je hebt van philips 2 lekbakjes voor 11 euro zoveel…

Etwas abgeschreckt von dem Preis bestellte ich die Milchauffangschale dann doch, weil eine Freundin so von ihr schwärmte. Und ich muss sagen: sie ist super. Läuft nicht aus, ist weich an der Brust und das Material scheint hochwertig zu sein. So häufig, wie man stillt, ist es den Preis doch wert und bei einem starken Milchfluss die Rettung für die eigene Kleidung.
