Outstanding Tarp!
This tarp is extremely durable, waterproof, and perfect for camping, hiking, and emergency preparedness. The quality is excellent, the seams are well sealed, and it provides reliable protection from the elements. Lightweight, easy to pack, and built to last. A great investment for any outdoor enthusiast.

Exceptional quality and functionality.
I must admit that I was a little skeptical about spending that kind of money on a tarp, but now that I have it and it has saved some stormy days and evenings at camp, I am sold. It has been well worth the asking price. After several years now, it still looks new with no leaks, no tears, no holes, no problems. It has done everything I have asked of it spectacularly. Given the build quality and the material, I woo,d anticipate that this will last for a couple of decades or more. I am very pleased with this purchase.

High quality made, very durable.
I use this when I am camping in the desert east of San Diego to use as a sun shade during the day. It completely blocks out the sun. I also use it while I am camping to use as a rain shield over my tent. Works great, no rain gets thru this tarp. Also it is lightweight and packs small.

The True Survivor
So I bought this tarp back in December of 2023 for my daughter and I to learn camping and survivor skills. Shortly after I bought it we set it up on our ranch to see how it would perform and also to teach my kids how it can be used. They loved it and asked if we could leave it set up for them and their friends to use. Well, I just went any took it down. Yes, it was set up for over Two Years!!! I just took these photos and then inspected it to see how it survived the central Texas weather. Granted, it was in the shade most of the time as you can see from the photos but still, other than slightly faded, I can't tell that it is not as good as it was the day I set it up! I am amazed that through all the storms, heat, and yes snow and ice, it has handled it all and still looks and feels great! I am surprised that the price is now $180. I struggled buying it two years ago when it was $100 but after seeing how well it holds up I would say that as long as they haven't changed their build quality it is worth the extra money. The reason I took it down is that I plan to take it camping next weekend to use as a shade and weather covering. I expect I will be able to continue using it for years to come. It is nice to be able to buy something these days that actually holds up! Totally recommend this tarp!

Sturdy Quality
True ... it's a bit heavier than a light-weight BASHA. That's not a bad thing. This is double layered, larger and made with some seriously 'weapon's grade' durability ! Easily, one of be best pieces of equipment I own. Again, it's a bit heavy (by a few ounces) so if you're a hiker and carrying it for miles, opt for a British SAS BASHA instead. If, however, you're a BushCrafter, Rough Camper or dealing with Rain, Snow (as we do in Minnesota), this is wonderful. It's sewn together very well, seam-sealed and there's a better chance of your para-cord breaking that the tie-on's, fabric and stitching on this tarp. It's a bit expensive too ... but you get way more bang-for-the-buck with this than you will with cheaper alternatives. That extra $15-20 is darn worth it. _______ I don't offer my thoughts on purchases very often or at all. I will simply be honest and let you know that this was not a disappointment. It's held-up through some fairly serious BushCrafting, Canoe Trips (Summer/Winter) and it's still rock-solid. Well worth a look-see. My name is 'Alan' and I approve this message. @Potential Buyers: There are no inside loops along the ridge-line like there are on a British BASHA. You can obviously add your own ... but the ridge-line provided by the maker is sturdy, seam-sealed ... so that might be tough one to do on your own (Seam-seal accordingly). @The Manufacturers: Well done. Maybe add some factory-provided loops on the inside along the ridge-line? Yes ... I would purchase this again ... but the darn thing's built to last a life-time so why ?

A ‘must bring’ to the field
I’m in the Army Infantry and this has been my go-to protection through snow, hail, wind, rain and thunder storms for the past 2.5 years. The multitude of tie downs points, the elasticity of the tent, and quality build have lasted me this long. Sadly I now need to buy a replacement since mine is finally getting holes, but in all honesty I’m surprised it lasted this long. For reference, I broke through my issued tarp 2 rotations in. I also often use semi-sharp sticks to prop up the center…. Tough tarp for its size. I highly suggest buying one of these but it has one main drawback (which is common): it starts to sag after it’s been rained on a lot, regardless of how it was set up. I highly suggest getting quick release buckles in order to hasten your set up and take down… I had this tent and my sleep system completely broken down and packed away/completely set up in about 5 minutes with those buckles. The tie down points also let me easily connect other tarps in a way I can’t do with other tarps. I love that. They also allow me to pull this tarp to fit awkward sized spaces, which I often find myself setting up a hooch in. The woodland camo is ideal for semi-concealed locations. Placing just a couple branches around the tarp with it set up at a height of about 2-3ft makes it hard to detect if done right. Seeing as how weight is a factor when I go to the field, I have to rate this a 4 since it tends to hold the water weight. Again, not uncommon. I highly suggest this to anybody who’s looking for a quality tarp that’ll last through any element they encounter.

Brilliant
Not the lightest (i did buy a huge one though) as you would expect it's pretty good at keeping the rain off you, big enough to give some dry area's to sit in and very very versatile, i suggest searching Youtube for video's of how to utilise this. strong, well made and just what i wanted when i ordered it.

Simply the best
I’m Infantry and this thing is awesome. Twice the size of the issued tarp, for a little less weight. Fits perfectly in the sleeping bag compartment of the issued ruck sack, with a snugpack, ranger blanket, pillow and a bivybag. I’ve been using it for 3 years now and I’m ALWAYS the one with the 5 stars hotel in the field. Enough room for me, my ruck and my FFO. I can even setup a little cooking area for my Jet-Boil This tarp is ultra waterproof and feels ultra tough.
