As advertised - just B1 in a 500mg dose
I was looking for B1 supplement with a higher dosage without fillers, etc. and this supplement fits the bill. Consider this brand/dosage if trying to follow the Elliot Overton approach on using large doses of B1.

I really like this product because it was a lot cheaper than the other products, and the quality is very good. My insurance would cover through the pharmacy a 100 mg tablet, and that would have been free. Rather than having that because I don't like tablets, I chose to buy this which is 500 mg in a capsule. Worth paying for, plus, the 500mg won't be too much, as you will pee out any extra.
