I actually bought these BECAUSE I used one in a hotel and liked the fresh feel/smell so much! It's a great shampoo, wish I could buy in big bottles instead of the little plastic ones. But convenient for travel or as a gift/stocking stuffer? Definitely needs to be paired with a conditioner afterward, as the strength of it really feels like it removes all oil/dirt/etc from your scalp (and you need oils, my friend!) but not necessary to pair with same brand, imho. Excellent choice for air bnb/ vacation rentals. I use this bottle size for homes with shorter stays. They are the perfect size and smell great.
