What is the “ use by date “? since i have to buy 2 i need a long use by date. also is this thin like some natural peanut butters i have seen ?

Yes, it needs to be stirred when you first open the jar. I have a peanut butter stirrer. Which does a good job but I also use a spoon. After I open the jar, I refrigerate it. I think it is the best peanut butter on the market for consistency, as well as taste.

Why in one listing on Amazon for this peanut butter does it only have saturated fat and then this one has different kinds of fat that are not good?

I only know that it tastes great! Ingredients are only peanuts and some salt. If you personally have a problem with the natural fats in natural peanuts I can't help you. Make sure you are comparing like kind items!
