Great but smelly pee...
Great vitamins and noticed that I do have a little more energy with them. They do have a smell to them that will make your pee stink and turn neon yellow. The taste is okay but would recommend having water right there when you go to take it.

Easy to swallow and gives a boost of B12.

Only negative which isnโt a big deal is the smell, but please donโt add chemicals to mask the smell. No after smell or taste after a burp so really no big deal at all. Iโll gladly deal with the smell because these vitamins have proven to be a great multivitamin. Iโm in my 50s now, so itโs important to work from the inside out. Iโve been serious about vitamins since my 30s. I tend to love liquid vitamins but wanted to try something new and this checks all the boxes and I feel the quality is as advertised!

Great multivitamin
Iโve taken this multivitamin for several years. I always prefer capsules over solid pills, I feel they absorb better. These have never upset my stomach either.
