Quality Product that Performs
I don't normally take time to do product reviews. This product has inspired me. I have had it installed for a little more than a month, and so far, it performs as described. The water is clear, clean and great! I even split the output line and ran it to my refrigerator. The almost clear ice and cold water from my dispenser is a great blessing and it gets used a lot. The installation is easy as promised. I seldom have DIY projects that I don't have to run to the hardware store one or more times. Everything that you need comes in the package and the instructions are sufficient for a reasonably handy person. The one real difficulty is mounting the provided faucet. Making the hole in your counter or sink is installation dependent. I already had a hole from a previous RO product. I had difficulty tightening the nut to secure the faucet. My mounting hole is positioned between the wall and the back of the kitchen sink. I would recommend a basin wrench if you have on available. The price of the replacement cartridges is a little high...about $140 for a 2 year period of operation. But, if the unit continues to perform, I would say that it is very much worth it. I particularly like the 1:1 efficiency of the RO. My previous unit was a terrible waste of water and made an annoying noise when it was back flushing itself. I will probably follow this review up with another when it comes time to change the first cartridge in a year.

H2O expert impressed
I owned a successful marine aquarium service company for 15+ years and have been a reef tank hobbiest for more than 30 years. I know a lot about water quality, both for my reef tank water changes, and for my daily drinking water. I manufacture my aquarium water using RODI technology (reverse osmosis deionization), the only practical method for producing lab grade water with 0.0 TDS (Total Dissolved Solids). This takes constant digital testing of both my input city water and the output water after my filter. I am sure I have bored you to sleep but please WAKE Up. (In case you wonder why I don't simply drink the water from my RODI filter, one would need to add minerals back to it first before it would be safe to consume on any type of regular basis.) Now you know why I wanted a separate, dedicated Reverse Osmosis drinking water system for my family. After I Installed the Waterdrop Tankless Reverse Osmosis unit, (a very straight forward task that honestly should take the average person about 1/3rd the time of an old technology RO filter with pressurized water tank for drinking water), I was shocked to test the output water at the included metal faucet at a low TDS of just 3 PPM. My city water entering the Tankless system is currently at 140ppm. The fact that the Waterdrop system improves the water quality to only 3ppm without the use of dionization is AMAZING. Also, I turn on the filter and immediately test the water, thus there is no wait time required to let the water run before it is ready to drink. I have had my Tankless system running for months and it is rock solid at 3ppm. It is clean, delicious drinking water from an attractive, compact unit. I could not be more pleased. I also want to speak to the customer service I experienced. Unfortunately, after about 2 months of use, the 400GPD system would not turn on. I was really surprised when this occurred and emailed Waterdrop support without delay. Although I was well past the Amazon 30 day return period, the representative clearly cared about customer satisfaction and shipped me out a new, complete upgraded 600 GPD unit and a return postage paid shipping label for my original 400 GPD unit. He also sent me a free extra filter cartridge for the inconvenience I had experienced. I have had this replacement unit running for months without any issues. I would give Waterdrop 10 stars if it was allowed. Thanks for reading my lengthy, but honest review. Please buy a Waterdrop Tankless Reverse Osmosis filter, you will not be sorry you did!

Much easier to install and change filters.
I am impressed with the Waterdrop osmosis system. I have replaced several of the older multistage systems over the years for various failures so I decided to try the Waterdrop. There are some significant benefits of the water drop system: 1. Much simpler installation - especially if you are replacing and older osmosis. 2. Takes up less space - this is an on-demand system so no storage tank. This means more room under your sink 3. BIGGEST reason: much easier to replace filters. Although I'm not crazy about a single source of replacement filters, the cost is the same as traditional osmosis filter replacements BUT WAY EASIER. Just twist to remove and replace the filters. There are also indicator lights to tell you when its time to replace them. Finally, my family agrees that this water tastes great - better than the only system I replaced. So its a win.

Fantastic workhorse of a water purifier
I've been using this for about 4 months and I have to say it is a LIFE SAVER! We live in super low humidity and I was using 3 humidifiers 24/7 and there was this fine white dust EVERYWHERE. It took me about 6 months to figure out what was going on. Obviously buying distilled water for 3 6-gallon humidifiers would be prohibitively expensive. I bought this unit for one of our sinks and a different unit for another sink. I have to say I really like this one a ton better. The other unit utilizes a pressure tank so you can only get a little over a gallon every 30 minutes or so. Not a big deal if you are only drinking, but THIS unit is powered by a pump and you can fill up a humidifier in no time. I keep waiting for the "change filter" lights to go on, but they haven't. I am wondering if the fact that we had power cut offs in the last 4 months has somehow re-set the filter? It's hard to believe it is still functional with the amount of water we've used, but then there is no white dust coming from the humidifiers so I'm assuming it is still chugging away. This is well worth the money. I had a plumber set it up just because I didn't want to mess with it myself, but I can see how it would be a straight forward install for a handy person. Just make sure you have a plug in nearby as the unit does require electricity. Definitely recommend and would buy again!

Highly recommend.
We’ve used the old style tank RO and cartridge system for over 20 years. Saw this new style RO unit and was intrigued. Installed it at our house and LOVE it. Installed it at a rent house also. Highly recommend. Flow rate is a little slow but it omits compact and easy to install and works great.

Well worth the money! You won't regret.
After looking into water filtrations systems for our kitchen sink for a LONG time, I finally purchased this unit on Prime Day. I needed a system that would work well for the limited space we have under our kitchen sink. This filter checks a lot of boxes and the fact that we got a great deal was the icing on the cake. Pros: - Small (no tank is needed) - Easy to install (assuming you have power); online videos are helpful - Faucet aesthetic and feel is nicer than I had anticipated - Water Quality! This should not get lost in the shuffle. We didn't have any water quality concerns per se, but just wanted to make our water 'better' for us overall. One pleasant surprise is that the slight fish smell from our city water is gone! It is really crisp, clean and delicious tasting water now. - We had a large Brita tank/filter inside our fridge that was a pain to use and also took up way too much space inside our somewhat smaller refrigerator. Now we have more space in our fridge! Cons: - When you turn on the faucet, you can hear (and feel the slight vibration) the unit inside the cabinet below the sink. It's all relative, and in reality it's quiet, but I was surprised this was even a factor. I have no frame of reference and how this compares to other filtration units/systems. - Cost. This may be a negative for some so I included it, but to me it is worth it. Yes, this costs more than other systems (upfront cost), but you are paying for convenience, size, and quality. Will need to replace one filter every year ($25) and every 2 years ($80). - Waste. Old filters likely need to go to the landfill. Not great. Perhaps there are alternatives to this? We never use bottled water but this is still a much better solution.

4 Years Later, Still Love My Waterdrop!
This is my second unit and I can't imagine using any other filter. My original one lasted almost 4 years and finally started having issues so I contacted the manufacturer to see if anything could be done. Their customer service rep, Doreen, was so helpful in trying to troubleshoot my issue despite the warranty being over. Eventually, it became apparent I'd need a new unit but it's absolutely worth it because the water tastes fantastic (like nothing, the way water should!) and it fills a 1L jug in such a quick amount of time. Before the Waterdrop we had a tank-based system and it would be tedious when filling stock pots or our water storage jugs, but now it's constant flow and I can't imagine going back to tank based filters. It has a quiet hum, not too loud, especially under the sink, and the filter replacement process is super easy especially with the indicator lights. Hopefully I get at least another 4 years out of this one!

LOOK AT MY UPDATED PICS!
UPDATE Sept 2022: At 2 yrs the MRO filter must be replaced which I did. I also wrote my original review. Shortly after that replacement some black stuff came out of the dedicated faucet. I held my cup under the faucet, turned on the water and watched the black string come out of the faucet!!!! I have been suffering with abdominal cramps since Aug 1st and I realized that the problem started soon after I replaced the filters. I contacted the company. They told me I had to send a picture. I did. The same as I am attaching here. I also confirmed that installation was by a licensed plumber using all parts received from Waterdrop and that the first filter never had any such problem the entire 2 yrs. The black debris started after the replacement was installed and happed twice. Yesterday I had my water tested by an independent local entity. The results proved that the carbon filter is working perfect but the MRO is not working. A functional RO filter should resullt in TDS of less than 20 and mine was at 63 which is almost no filtration at all. They did not have the equipment to test the debris that came out of the dedicated faucet and I will have to send it off to another lab. The technician believes that the MRO filter may have been defective and that it is degrading. I included this information in my email to Waterdrop. They Waterdrop response was: "Waterdrop Representative #1 (Waterdropfilter Customer Service) Sep 11, 2022, 01:24 PDT Hi, Thanks for your reply; I really appreciate your time and effort. 1. I'm sorry for all the inconvenience caused, but again, the items in your picture is not coming out of our filters, for that we are sure." Again, I WATCHED IT spew out!!! I have a dr appt in 11 days and I will update this post but in the meanwhile I am only using bottled water. Today is day 3 of strictly bottled water and today is the best day I've had with my abdominal spasms since Aug 1st..............coincidence???? May 2022: Just had it's 2nd birthday. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! Water tastes as good as NYC tap water, it's easy to change the cartridges which for me last 1 yr for top one and 2 yrs for lower one. I use this water exclusively for all consumption - drinking, cooking, washing veggies/fruit etc. The MOST IMPORTANT thing I believe is their customer service. Not only does a live person answer the phone but the email communication and follow up communication is exceptional. Reminds me of times long ago when customers were treated as VIPs. I would definitely recommend and I have recommended to my friends and family ;). Great Buy.

Compacto y eficiente

Very fine reverse osmosis system
Water tastes great, unit was easy to install. We enquired of the supplier (Waterdrop at [email protected]) with a couple of questions. They were extremely helpful, especially their representatives Rosie C and Sarah, who have been in touch several times to make sure we are happy with it. Altogether an excellent product with amazing customer service.

"Rumbles" every 2 minutes
Started well and does seem to produce clean water. The problem is it now rumbles (quite loudly) every two minutes as if trying to force water through the system. Cannot find any contact details for the selling company.

Ottimo gusto dell'acqua .
