Why does my remote not work after I change the batteries?

Please rotate the battery body which in battery case in order to get good connection. Try to reprogram the remote. re-program in below steps: STEP 1: Connect wires to 1 receiver, Power on.(keep other receivers in your house power off, only one receiver power on) STEP 2: Push and hold 'stop'+ '8H' buttons at same time until the indicator in remote goes off. STEP 3: Push 'light on/off' button quickly several times in order to write the signal into the receiver. STEP 4: Re-program finished, and you can see the light will be turned on /off by the remote. STEP 5: Repeat step 1 to 4, if re-program failed. Please let the remote close to receiver, and do not move the distance when you re-program the kit. NOTE: The re-pair steps should be finished in 60 seconds after the receiver powered on.

I bought two these so that I would have two remotes, how do I reprogram the second remote?

If you want to use 1 remote to control 2 receivers, you need to re-program. if you want to use 2 remotes individually, nothing you need to do. remote and receiver had been paired in factory.
