SportLegs is AWESOME!! I'm really glad I decided to try it out because for the past two days it's helped me tremendously. I've been training for an event for the last few months and while I've made quite a bit of progress I could tell that my lactate threshold was holding me back from making more significant progress. Run w/out SportLegs (10/14/24): 5.02mi 51:45 Avg Pace 10:19/mi Run with SportLegs Day #1 (10/21/24): 5.44mi 54:11 Avg Pace 9:58/mi Run with SportLegs Day#2 (10/22/24): 5.26mi 51:41 Avg Pace 9:49/mi The last two days running with SportLegs were comfortable and consistent for me. I didn't have to slow down to compensate for the burn I was able to push through easily. I also used SportLegs during my strength workout yesterday. I was struggling a bit doing 4x9r of push ups but yesterday I was able to push through and do all reps for each set. The last few reps on the last set were hard but there was no burn so I was able to complete the reps. The claims don't lie. I am very very impressed with this product and highly recommend it!!

Idk what’s in there but it’s a good one for long run

I was skeptical about this product since the supplement market has been going down the drain and not what they used to be like the good old glorious days in the house of gainz. Let’s face it, supplements are now all talk and not a lot of action. I started running a lot a few months ago along with cardio and body weight exercises trying to get ready for the academy and my legs would feel weak at times and had some low energy as well and would get super sore afterwards. Also I would get some bad chin splints and over all my performance would just suck. I took this product and not only did I feel energized, I performed great on my first run with this product and exercises were amazing. I was like the energizer bunny just going and going and no chin splints either for some odd reason. The next two days, I only felt some minor slight soreness but nothing major and legs were ok as well. I did not feel any jitter and no negative side effects such as nausea, stomach problems, headaches like you would with some pre workout supplements. I did take this product around 8 PM one time and by midnight I couldn’t sleep and was still out exercising in 98 degree weather after deciding to get a second workout lol, (I live in the desert it’s hot out at night). I do recommend taking this product earlier during the afternoon or morning. Once I went to bed, my sleep was very light and couldn’t go into a deep sleep since I took the pills a bit late. It is one pill for every 50 lbs you weight as well. I also had a ghetto sauna suit on (trash bag) and was sweating like crazy but still going. I’m thinking of using this product with my lady as well if you know what I mean, see what’s up 😅🤔 Update: 02/23/24 When I went into the academy on day one, felt like a rite of passage. We got smoked left and right trying to weed out the weak and I took this supplement before going in and I thought I was fit but I was wrong. I want to say this supplement helped me get by getting smoked in 116 degree weather on day one. On the end of the first week, we went through “Black Friday” which is a day where you get smoked left and right for 4 straight hours non stop all the exercises you can think of. One of my mates got a heat stroke and two others were vomiting left and right and another got it worst. I was sweating bullets, there was puddles of sweat on the deck, three toe nails fell out, I was carrying a EMT back pack with medical supplies while running but I kept going. Yes I was exhausted and a lot has to do with mental power and determination in order to get through but I want to give this pills some credit into helping me make it through that day. Don’t take my word for it, try it but always keep in mind that everyone is different and might have a different effect on you. God Bless.

I have been using this product since 2013 when I started training for my first marathon. Also use it during full day haiking.

Seems to work well so far, keeping me comfortable on long runs. I read some reviews that said you tend to have more soreness the next day- which I also feel. Guess it’s a result of whatever the supplement helps you ignore while running?
