Tape yarn - feels like paper
Well represented. First time knitting with tape yarn. Takes a little getting used to. It is strong and doesn’t separate if the needle presses against the middle. Color looks like the picture. I usually wrap yarn around my pinkie and then to my index (throwing) finger. That takes a bit of getting used to. The photo doesn’t show the color well.

Beautiful and soft
One of my favorite yarns! It is thin and easily stretches/tears so I typically only use it double stranded, which means it ends up costing more. The yardage is nice so I think it’s a good value for the cost. My projects always look like such quality work once I’m finished. I would like more variety of colors.

Great yarn for crochet bags!
Great yarn! I used it to make this tote bag and it was super easy to work with.

Cool Yarn!
I crocheted a purse with this yarn. It's very unusual as it is a flat tape, but I didn't have trouble working with it. My 4 star review is only because the color is gray, not the blue-gray I saw in the photo. It has a matte finish, but is soft and thick. I originally ordered from the mfgr and needed one more skein, which was a better price and quicker delivery via Amazon, hence the reason I purchased here. Luckily, the color matched what I previously bought.

Works!
Perfect for a sun hat with brim. Works best with brim wire..especially if you don't want to stiffen!

Really nice flat yarn-raffia alternative
Great flat yarn. I purchased it to make the hat you see here on Amazon. It feels soft but has some body to it. I was afraid it would not have enough body to maintain shape, but is does. It’s not stiff. I also bought the Marble color to make a crocheted clutch pattern that called for raffia. It works beautifully for this too. The marble color is beautiful. More muted than in this picture/description. It also has a tinge of green giving it a soft oceany color. It’s a blueish-green gray. Will post photo when I’m done. Will def purchase again for other projects.

Good purchase
first time crocheting sun hats. I used this instead of raffia. I like it. It’s slower to work with than regular yarn but it held up well. and it says it’s washable-haven’t tried that yet
