Stamina Wirk Ride Exercise Bike with Workstation, Up to 250 Weight Capacity

UPDATE 4/24/22: I still ride this bike nearly every day and average 10+ miles per day. I STILL have not had to tighten or replace anything. Very, very occasionally, I will be mid-ride, get off the bike to address my children's needs (lunch/break up a fight/etc.), and when I come back, the display has zeroed out and lost my progress. This happens maybe once every 3 months, and I don't know why it does. So I start making a note in my phone how many miles/calories are in the bank before I walk away from the bike if I know I'm coming back. I have turned the odometer over 4 times, and I would totally buy this again. I can ride and work, ride and study, etc. No regrets whatsoever! UPDATE 11/27/21: I still ride the heck out of this thing! I average over 10 miles a day and have even ridden 45 miles in one day. I have not needed to tighten or replace a single thing in 2 years. Yesterday was the first day the tracker display started malfunctioning, so I think it just needs batteries for the first time! I still recommend this and would pay more to replace it if I ever need to. I bought, received, and assembled this bike in mid November of 2019. I began using it immediately, and I have ridden it 4+ days a week since, putting about 1250 miles on it as of February 25, 2020. I am a freelance audio transcriber, and I can type on my laptop while riding with no issues. The bike is so quiet that I have no problem hearing the audio I'm transcribing. I assembled the bike myself, BUT I used my own real tools, not what's included in the box. The bike is super sturdy once assembled, but I don't think that would be the case if someone didn't use quality tools to put it together. Also, I confused the two pieces which are posts with a flat triangle on top - the support for the seat and the support for the desktop - the skinnier of the two will fit in either shaft, but the larger one only works for the seat, so I ended up having to partly disassemble and reassemble. Don't be like me - check first. I have an arthritic foot and was searching for a fitness alternative to walking, and I am seriously thankful for this bike! I went from 30 to 60 minutes of walking per week to biking 10 to 25 miles 4 to 6 days a week! Highlights for scrollers: Assembled it by myself (but I recommend using your own tools) Sturdy, super quiet, and comfortable for me up to 90 minutes The convenient readout tells me everything I want to know The little prop-up thingy for your phone or tablet is great I never use the cupholder, but a water bottle fits in it I never used the coaster, but it comes with one I love how easy it is to change the resistance level You can adjust the seat height, desk height, and the desk's distance from you when seated, but not the tilt of the desktop I find it difficult to relocate the bike and only scoot it short distances, but I have terrible balance because of my Cerebral Palsy I SO appreciate the pedal straps! I have no trouble keeping my feet on the pedals even when biking hard To sum up, I love this bike and I can exercise as much as I want for the first time in my life! My mom bought one for beside her desk at work, too.

This is and excellent piece of work. Very refined strong and stable. And it is absolutely silent. Very easy to assemble. At first my life was a bit upset over having a piece of exercise equipment in our living room. However it has a very small footprint and I think she's getting used to it. Due to my health I am only able to exercise moderately and in small increments. This machine allows me to spend 10 or 15 minutes exercising on the bike every hour that I am watching television or working. I was concerned that I was turning into a couch potato because of the incredible fatigue that I experience due to the illness. Now that is not a problem. I also like very much the fact that it is low impact and there do not seem to be any negative After Effects. I don't usually write reviews but this excellent piece of equipment far exceeded my expectations. Previous to owning this I had ordered a small pedal mechanism that sits on the floor while you sit on the couch. That was a very disappointing piece of equipment. Poorly constructed and poorly functioning. I sent it back. I would advise not wasting your money on those small floor models I don't care what the reviews say. Just for information I am 6 feet tall weigh 198 pounds and and 76 years old and the machine works perfectly for me.

I was surprised at the quality of this bike. It is really solid and sturdy. I put it together myself in about 15 minutes. The directions were very detailed and easy to follow. After I put it together, I easily did 3.6 miles without even knowing it. The screen accurately tracks your distance, speed, calories, etc. It turns on and off automatically which is really nice when I need to take a break. It tracks your miles even if you pedal backwards. I love that. The bike is so quiet, I didn't have to increase the volume of the TV at all. It is easy to adjust the height of the seat and the angle/height of the desk. It was comfortable for me and I am 5'3. The only thing that is not comfortable is the seat. It presses own the nerves in the back of my legs and I get nerve pain. I have to adjust my siting position frequently to prevent this. I might try a pillow today. If the seat were more comfortable, this would get 5 stars for sure. This has a small footprint and it easy to fold, transport and store. Highly recommend! This is way superior to more expensive and larger treadmill desks.

I started feeling soreness in my hips about a year ago. For most of my career, I had jobs where I either stood or walked for most of the day, but now I sit down most of the time, and am having to find ways to work my hips to where the soreness isn't as bad or is gone after sitting a while. I bought this a few weeks ago, and it was super easy to assemble. There were straightforward directions, and even the tools kit had clearly labeled tools named as per the directions booklet. This was a well thought-out assembly collection, and the pieces are well made! I found it not to difficult to move, and loved the adjustable angle tablet attachment on the platform! They even give you a Wirk rubber coaster, which is a nice touch! I still need to put batteries in the reader, but I just love sitting on it and riding while I watch tv. The resistance is easy to adjust, and here are just so many adjustable components that make this comfortable. I bought the bike on sale here for about $110, so I wasn't sure of the quality that this fold-up would have, but I'm pleasantly surprised! I want to follow this company and see what else they sell! Great experience!

I had ankle surgery requiring a plate and 6 screws. Working and being a mom, I had some time for physical therapy - but not as much as recommended. This bike saved my range of motion! Because it can go as low as literally no resistance - I could use it 5 weeks post-op...because it allowed me to sit back and work on my laptop, I was able to fit it in to my schedule...and because it helped rebuild my calf strength, I was able to walk without a cane 3 weeks earlier than originally anticipated. Thanks for an affordable and easy solution to what seemed a overwhelming problem. I still use it daily, and it helps with the swelling and edema that I experience from the injury as well. I think if I ever work in an office again, I want one of these with me. Great, quiet, functional and small. Thanks so much!

Update #4: I received my replacement bike and after 20 minutes there is a knocking on every pedal stroke just like my first bike. I'm done with this product I'm not sure if just a big batch came defective or what but I'm jut going to pay the extra cash for a fit desk. UPDATE #3: Stamina products is now saying they will replace the trainer piece, adding a few extra stars for them honoring their warranty. Hopefully this time the trainer doesnt malfuntion, sounds like it may be a defect since another review is having the same issue. UPDATE: after hearing creaking on every pedal stroke after having the bike for 3 weeks I emailed the manufacturer about my issue. I ride the bike for about an hour a day while working, but according to their rep the bike should not be used that long in 1 sitting. This information is not printed anywhere in their users manual or anything. The rep has not helped me fix the issue or anything, these come with a 90 day warranty but they are not honoring their warranty either. I really liked this bike until this annoying creak started and their customer service has been lack luster. Here is the reps response after I told her I ride it an hour a day on the weekdays and average 10 miles each ride: "The crank is most likely warped from being heated for too long. Our bikes are not intended to be used for long periods of time with out being allowed to cool down. You might want to consider getting a product that is more commercial grade and designed to be used for long periods of time." after 200 miles hit the odometer, the machine started creaking like crazy, on every pedal stroke, it is very annoying, I took the pedals off and reinstalled, I took the seat off and still it's creaking, I am in the process of contacting the manufacturer but I have only had this for under 3 weeks and only 203 miles on it and it's starting to show issues, which bums me out a bit. It seems like a nice machine but this creaking is very annoying.

Unfortunately, this bike does not work for me. I am 5'1 and the seat does not adjust short enough for me. I can touch the pedals, but I'm really reaching for them so it's uncomfortable and unnatural. My husband uses it and it works well for him. Relatively easy to assemble, and quiet while pedaling. If it went a little bit shorter, I'd be on it all the time! UPDATE: shortly after the warranty period ended, one of the pedals started stripping the threads and now doesn’t stay on the bike. If I pedal VERY slowly I can keep it balanced, otherwise it falls off.

I bought two of these bike workstations through a Donor's Choose Grant for upper elementary classrooms to provide opportunities for students to work off some energy while working in the classroom. The kids love the bikes and a schedule had to be set up to rotate it's use. The reason for the three stars is that bikes break easily. We replaced a bike last year while still under warranty. This year we have had problems with pedals falling off and the crank needs replaced per a bicycle repair person who volunteered to come look and fix if possible. Again, I love the concept and how affordable they are. They need to be more durable.

Product is good but level of care the seller has with shipping products is poor. Box arrived damaged with pieces of box missing exposing the product to the elements. Items inside box were thrown in with little to no care.

Très bon et très silencieux. La résistance est excellente. Juste un hick! Je fait 5'10'' et il est juste pour ma grandeur. Ça aurais pris 1 ou 2 pouces de plus pour monter le banc. Mais c'est quand même un très bon bicycle.
