I cannot say, but having talked to a doctor since buying it, I’m not sure it matters. He felt that the reading, as with a digital thermometer, is approximate and best used as a binary indicator: ok or not rather than to get a precise number. The technology behind it is pretty mature and inexpensive, and the differences between this and professional models is probably durability (that is, something that can be used a hundred of times every day).

Can this run an overnight saturation level while you sleep

I fasten it with masking tape to my finger and wear it all night without a problem. It works very well and gave me valuable info about oxygen desaturations while sleeping on my back vs. on my side. (Apnea often much less severe when you sleep on your side, and this shows it.) Only downside is battery drain -- takes a lot of power to run all night.

Will it monitor you while you sleep, and how long will it record your information?

Wearing it for a long time will cause pressure on your fingers, it is not recommended to wear it overnight.

What is the difference compare to FS20F?
