I have sprained my left ankle a few times and it always hurts if I do too much on it without any support. This neoprene ankle brace has helped so much! I can go hiking or go on a long walk with this brace and I have no ankle pain at the end. I did buy too small of a size, I wear a size 10 women’s shoe and have wider feet and the medium was slightly too small but it works for me since I was looking for more support for my ankle and not just more heat/blood flow. I had an older version of this that my dad gave me and the new ones are super light weight and a little thinner as well. Definitely worth it if you need more ankle support or blood flow.

I hurt my Achilles tendon running a marathon. I got this neoprene brace to help provide some support and keep my tendon “warmed up” so it wouldn’t get cold and stiff. The brace is comfortable to wear around the house. It fit to wear in shoes. It also helped to wear this while running as I was easing back into a training routine.

These runs super tight. My husband is on his feet all day and lifting all day. And his ankles were in so much pain. I had to buy these for him to help compress them and keep them from hurting. But they fit really tight on him.

Gave good support and helped with my daughter’s ankle swelling.

Sizing chart is not accurate. Ad says small, medium, large. No mention of support level. Too tight. Afraid to wear it.

As others have pointed out, the sizing chart is off. I wear a size 8 shoe (not wide) and got a small (men's 7-9, supposedly) based on the size chart. I couldn't put it on. I got a Medium instead and it fits fine. It's hard to find basic neoprene ankle sleeves these days. even though they are the best. This is one is quite thin, which I like, but well constructed and seems like it will hold up well. It's advertised as providing moderate support, but I would classify it as mild. Perhaps this has to do with the sizing issue. The neoprene does provide a decent level of warmth, without making my foot sweat too much.

Good design product, help to support and pain relief my ankle

I have an old ankle fracture which has been bothering me lately. This provides the right amount of support. I wear a size 8.5 wide (US) shoe. I purchased a medium and wear it over thick socks.

I am due for a foot surgery and can't live without it.
