Works but disappointed that its plastic.

We recently renovated our bathroom and wanted faucets that were both high-quality and elegant. Grohe definitely delivered! The hard graphite color we chose looks absolutely stunning and feels incredibly well-made. It elevates the whole look of our bathroom and makes it feel luxurious. The investment was worth it! Definitely recommend Grohe for anyone who wants quality and style.

Looking at the picture i thought it was all one piece. The outer shell is plastic and the male end is an insert you fit into the plastic casing from the back. Different from other Grohe product I've purchased. Assuming it's legit since i have nothing else to compare to but the internals are solid. So mostly just not as expected.

Does not look good. It’s just a plastic cover that goes over the metal pipe. It’s also not sealed…the opening in cover does not fully cover the metal.

I had high hopes for this product, but was disappointed to find that the housing is plastic, not metal. There are less expensive products that are machined entirely from metal, with a metal fascia ring. The Grohe part is 5x the cost. That said, it looks good, but the housing is plastic and I don't know how that will hold up in the long term.

Called Grohe and was told part will not shop for 6 weeks......So my bathroom is on hold for a $1 part....very poor!
