How many times more ink is in an "XL" version of these cartridges compared to regular Magenta 252?

I have not used the XL version so, I cannot tell you. However it does say that the “XL” will yield up to 1,100 pages and the regular cartridge yields up to 300.

Does this work with WF-3640 printer?

Yes it does. I have the same printer.

Those the Edson cartridge t252320 work on the Edson 710 printer

We have an Epson wf3620 series and it works on that. I can't tell you about the 710 prrinter. Maybe you should contact Epson directly.
