STAR BRITE Rib & Inflatable Boat Cleaner/Protectant

Used this product for years with great success. Leaves the inflatable looking good as new.

I did a lot of research on how to remove stains from a white hypalon inflatable. I tried various suggestions Including Krudcutter, diluted bleach and heavy duty marine erasers (sorta like magic erasers), but Star Brite Rib & Inflatable Cleaner combined with the erasers cut thru the best. The stuff really works.

Excellent. My one year old West Marine hypamon dingy being towed every day in Fl sun had accumulated a sticky surface that was quite dirty. I didn't expect much but the results after first clean were really dramatic. My method was to first scrape barnacles then scrub off algae. Some brown stubborn growth remained so out of curiosity I sprayed a spot and waited 30 seconds then scrubbed and really was amazed that it cleaned the growth and left a smooth surface. I flipped it over and did one top section at a time. I should have taken before and after pics as it is a dramatic fifference. The dirt and sticky surface is not the light gray and smooth surface it was as new. I'm going to do it again in two weeks and this time finish with 404 protectant.

Worked well to get some build up off our rafts that soap and water couldn’t remove. Did a UV protective coat after and they look great.

WOW! This products works very well, spray on wipe off and you have your boat looking new. I love starbrite products. They always work as advertised.

I was skeptical that this product would clean as well as promoted. After prepping my RIB by giving it a good wash I applied the product. I noticed little change and began scrubbing with a medium bristle brush. After scrubbing an area I paused and noticed a lot of dirt being released from the boat. After rinsing there was a noticable improvement in the level of grime and staining. I continued cleaning the rest of the boat. After I was done I went to do something else. When I returned the boat was sparkling clean! It appears the product needs to dry before you see it's full effect. I could not be more impressed. I have ordered another bottle and will continue to use it to clean my RIB

Based on the reviews I was actually expecting better from this product. By itself it did a decent job, but if there was any magic it came from combining this product with Mr. Clean's or similar magic eraser. I really don't feel it's worth the nearly $20 a bottle, and would probably try a different product in the future. For about a dollar a piece you can grab a magic eraser, and get pretty decent results by itself with a little elbow grease. Between the two products my boat looks 100% better, so very pleased with the combination of the two, but once again I really have to give more credit to Mr. clean Magic eraser than this product for the results.

This product easily removed the stains from my Mariner 4 and made it look like new again

I was amazed how effortlessly this cleaner worked. My husband had scrubbed for hours using a different brand of cleaner, that was recommended by a rib boat dealer. When I sprayed Star Brite on the tube, you could see it was removing some of the stain, but when I gave the area a light scrub the stains just lifted away. I would highly recommend this product to my friends at the marine.

I think it is a decent product overall. It didn't remove every water stain from my inflatable boat, but it clean most of them and made a noticeable difference. The biggest improvement was how much brighter the red color looked afterward. I'm guessing, it leaves a thin protective coating that helps with UV protection, although I can't say for sure. Overall, it's not a bad product, and I'd use it again.

So I was honestly a bit skeptical, especially its higher cost than other cleaners, but WOW! It was absolutely amazing! I would definitely buy again and recommend it for sure!
