I do wish they had some that weren't adjustable though. These do seem to seal well, at least when new. Great value for the money. Super easy to install and replace old flappers. No idea how long they will last, but I expect that they'll last as long as the ones I'm replacing which was years at least.

After two years of use, the flush valve suddenly stopped working, and water kept running continuously. I reached in - what was it?Some kind of meat? A rag?I pulled it out - you can see what it looked like in the photos.A flapper should be designed to withstand constant immersionin water. Instead, it had turned into a mushy mass - like chewinggum or the flesh of a dead animal.I ordered a replacement from the same company - delivered withinan hour (thank you, Amazon) - and I’ll be keeping a close eye onit to see if the problem recurs or if the manufacturer has changedthe material used to make the flapper.I suspect my case wasn't an isolated incident, so hopefully,they’ve worked on improving the material.
