Great for people who scratch!!
Love this stuff! I developed a HEMA allergy a while back and now I found nail products that are HEMA free but I have now developed a nervous kind of tick of scratching my fingers from it. I do it when I’m stressed, or watching a movie that’s crazy adrenaline. My dermatologist recommended I take 1,800 mg of this to get it to stop. So whenever I feel my scratching come on I take this so I don’t break out into a rash. It’s honestly the only thing that has ever helped. I’ve bought this product 2-3 times now.

this product quality, serving size + amount of NAC exceeds most brands the efficacious dose is 600. this exceeds that dose and gives you 1200 personal preference if you wanna use 1 or 2 capsules my acne cleared up and I feel more myself then I was a few weeks back. I'm 31 so aging isn't there and qui5e fit but I feel like the foods etc. has been either absorb or detoxified quite potently highly recommended I can see how the elderly will actually benefit from this greatly.
