Is this product non-comedogenic? Does the product say that it is "oil free" or "won't clog pores"?

It does not say oil free on the bottle and I do not recognize any of the ingredient chemicals as being oils. Hope this helps

No. It does not make your hair fall out. I have been using this product for decades.

I have not noticed any difference on my own hair. My own hair is treated with a semi-permanent hair color. If it were going to affect hair color, I would think the semi-permanent hair color would be more likely to be affected than the permanent hair colors. I hope this helps answer your question.
