The label on mine says the inactive ingredients are, "light mineral oil and petrolatum."

Does this contain lanolin?

Lanolin is not listed as as an ingredient.

Can this be used for lip dermatitis? Can it be used on/around lips?

This is for external use only. I figure anything used on your lips is going to wind up in your mouth. It does say if swallowed to call a poison center. I would not recommend this product for that purpose.

Is this product clear or white?

It's a translucent (clear) ointment, not cream / not white.
