This is by far the best waist trainer I've ever had it's sturdy I never had issues with it rolling up I just wish it were longer to cover the lower portion of my stomach I have to manipulate it a little bit to cover that but other than that I will definitely be purchase this again I love that it's high compression so much so that I actually went out to eat and was unable to finish a full meal! I love that it's inches my waist and when I turn to the side my stomach is flat the only thing I don't like is that it doesn't go up too high in the back so I kind of remind myself of a linebacker which I crack up about and it does have a little fat spillage in the back at the top but it's whatever I guess.

Im 5'7 and 170lbs. My waist is 35 inches. I wear med-large shirts and my pants are 11/12. The size chart says I should have purchased a 3xl or 4xl but I was sooo hesitant on doing that. I went with a xxl. There is 3 rows of pronges on the waist trainer and an attachment for 3 additional rows (which I didnt need). I clipped it to the second row (middle row) and after 2 consistent weeks I got it on the third row (the tightest). I will be purchasing an xl now that can be used for a while since the adjustments will be more accommodating for progress. My posture is better and this really does work. I wear it for hours and even during my workouts. Sometimes all day and then remove it at bedtime for a break and comfortable sleeping. DO NOT PURCHASE IN WHITE! U sweat and the discoloring will be so obvious. I wash it in the washer and I toss it in the dryer for 10 minutes. U probably shouldnt but I do. Maybe hand washing it is better just in case. No stretch at all .. so even with the extenders the bottoms fit but top is super loose because no stretch or snap back.. so if you stomach bigger on the bottoms will not work

Pros: I can totally agree with the quality of the material, it’s comfortable, holds like a dream, won’t roll up or down, for the first time I saw my waist so my jaw dropped! I wear it under a light tank top that gives it a better grip, I felted si bad for the ladies that got those terrible marks, I’m guessing they are allergic to latex, so please wear a thin top underneath just for prevention and natural body sweat. Size 1-2 down. Cons: For me under arm bulge is a no no, I have those flaws including love handles, it will enhance those problems even more!!! Literally I looked like a skinny cup cake and the top just pof pof pof!!! That’s not the way I want to look, is not flattering I had seen other ladies like this and it looks terrible, I got the receipts! If you’re not heavy on top go for it.

If you want to use the extender to get more use out of it get you're usual size I have a 34 waist and got an xxl it fits but I can't use the extender I'm on the first row of the actual waist trainer I should have gotten a xl so I could use the extender, but it's good quality and flattering it smoothes everything and lays pretty flat. A thin tank top over it should hide it completely under any clothing.

This is a FANTASTIC waist trainer!!! Great quality, very good fit and extremely comfortable to wear all day. No complaints at all and highly recommend it. However, the size chart must be revised because it was way off for me. It said that I needed a 5XL based on my waist measurement of 38 inches. I first ordered the 5XL and it was huge!! I had to return it for a smaller size. I ordered both the 3XL and the 2XL to see which one would work best. The 3XL fit perfectly on the 1st row of hooks with room to tighten it down the road. The 2XL also fit comfortably with the extender. I basically had to go down 2 to 3 sizes for a good fit but it’s an amazing product. Love it!!!

So while I hate the sizing I'm a size 10 dress size at 160lbs 5"4 waist is largest part of my tummy/porch is 36 and I could only fit the 2xl with the expander/middle piece lol. But I kept it cause I want to go down and I will be able to toss the middle piece after I have lost some. The material is strong smooth and sturdy was comfortable and it did bend pop or roll up like the traditional trainers/corset did I say very comfortable to keep on for hours. Buy it you won't regret it.

Very good strong material if you’re wanting to start a waist training journey at an affordable price. Definitely helps you snatch the waist.
