Fingernail Conditioner with FlexiNail Cuticle Conditioner for weak and peeling or brittle and cracking nails

Screaming mad that I cannot now find my “before” photos! I had had dip gel manicures for 6 months straight and my nails were thin, splitting and cracking below the quick. I tried Hard as Hoof and a few other remedies with no success. I’ve been using FlexiNail 1-3 times per day since December 1. I try to let it sit on my nails as long as possible before wiping (like watching TV or reading). I always use it after exposing my hands to water for extended periods like showering or washing dishes, even if I can only let it sit for 2-3 minutes. Truly, my weak, splitty nails have never been this healthy! Thinking about how nails are related to hair, we practice hair are on the daily, but we do little to care for and nourish our nails. This course takes patience and the will to make it part of one’s routine. I’ll be a customer as long as this product is available!

I began using FlexiNail three months ago. Within the first month I saw a marked improvement in the surface of my nails which had been ruined by 7 years of gel and powder nails. My nails have always been thin and prone to split and peel, which is why I began the gel and powder manicures. When I finally removed the polish, my nails were scarred, with white marks, and they were painful to touch. They ripped and split easily. Now three months later, my nails have a glossy surface and are no longer peeling. The tips of my nails are now flexible and no longer paper thin. They seem to have thickened. I still have two splits that are growing out, but am seeing improvement. I’m very pleased with the results so far. My nails no longer feel dry and my cuticles are in the best shape they have ever been. I’m applying the product twice daily and at least once per week I massage it in with an old electric toothbrush. I recommend using a glass nail file for shortening, smoothing and shaping.

Although quite expensive, I am holding back my opinion as to whether it is worth it or not. I did not wear any polish during the time I have applied the treatment every night, for two months. Previously my nails were thin, pealing and breaking easily and had deep ridges. I will say my nails have gotten stronger, in spite of not wearing nail polish. I still have "ridges" but not as prominent. I'm not disappointed at the results - but don't know what will happen when I stop treating. I have used one bottle of the nail treatment. Haven't used the cuticle conditioner yet.

I THINK that this works but, as with anything involving the human body, doing a control is difficult. All I know is that after daily swimming, my nails were in a shocking state and now, after a few months (and with half a bottle of each type remaining) my nails are smooth on top and more durable (though still prone to snapping off unexpectedly when I am doing my chores). I have heavily ridged nails (vertical and horizontal) and this condition seems to have improved a lot. The vertical ridges initially continued to split and catch in clothing etc. but now, after two and a half months of dedicated use, there is a visible improvement. Pity it is so expensive as I am about to order another lot to keep up the daily treatment. An indication of effectiveness is that my nails feel quite smooth now whereas, prior to treatment, they would peel with the slightest pressure. Generally, I apply it when going for a drive that lasts more than 20 minutes, or when watching TV (when I am not using my hands for craft etc.). I only use the cuticle conditioner once a day. The nails are still not in the least glamorous (I don't use any nail polish) but they are not as annoying as they were.

As the Covid crisis forced me to stop going to the nail parlor to get my nails done every 3 weeks (for the past 20 years!), I had to remove the gel coating. I used straight acetone as nail polish remover didn't remove it entirely. My horror was that my nails were so brittle afterward. I've been using FlexiNail for about two months now and it does seem to have made some difference in strengthening the nails, but very slightly. My nails are still splitting, so I've been cutting them down as far as possible to encourage new growth. The problem is that I have vertical lines in the nails, which is ugly. Also, when you use this product, you can't paint your nails with polish, but need to leave them bare for the product to work. Since I'm not going many places, it's fine for now. But, if my nails don't stop splitting, I may have to go back to the nail parlor to see what they can do.

I read the instructions and it said to be patient, may take a couple months to see results. I have been patient and there is no change. They still split and tear off. I'm going back to Opi

I was using this product on my splitting and peeling nails for six weeks, 3 times a day. Does not work like the reviews say. It is passed the return window and very disappointed. Will not be ordering.

This stuff is "magic in a bottle" for those of us with weak, brittle, cracking nails! It strengthens your nails and they grow fast! I used to pick & bite my nails for years because they would always crack or split. Flexinail ended all of that. I have wonderful nails now and if I knew how to upload photos better- I'd leave a picture! Deb S.
