Going to take some time to get through that huge bag of Moringa. 4 stars as could not see any instructions on the bag regarding dosage so had to Google it. Half a teaspoon to begin with then increasing as your body gets use to it. Only opened the bag yesterday (9 th Dec) so far too soon to log any benefits.

Bought at a sensible price to use as a combination supplement . Tastes pretty foul, but hopefully in time I will reap the benefits. My only complaint is that there is no recommended dosage, so I use 1 teaspoon in kefir yoghurt in the morning. Just started so no positives or negatives to report

This made me really ill. Twice I had two teaspoons in a smoothie and I was suffering like I had a severe stomach bug for the rest of the day. I dropped the dose to one teaspoon after a week-long break, but I was still incredibly nauseous and felt like I was going to be sick for about six hours after. Either it doesn’t agree with me or is very potent. Such a shame as I was really looking forward to the health benefits I’ve read about. So I thought I should warn others to be mindful and start on a low dose and gradually increase.

So I came across Moringa powder on my instagram feeds. I was skeptical. The suggestion was to use add the tablets (but I use the a teaspoon of powder) to warm water, a pinch of cayenne powder, some sweetener (I use honey) and drink first thing. Only been doing this for 3 days and for me the results have been immediate. My bloating has disappeared immediately. I do have to be close to a toilet for an hour or two straight afterwards but after that I’m fine for the remainder of the day. Definitely recommend this for bloating and for the price it’s worth a go.
