My daughter just got me started using essential oils a couple months ago. I loved the aromas and started to read up and learn about all the good things that essential oils help with. They are natural healing oils without all the chemicals that our medicines all have in them now days. The oil assortment that she sent me was from Young Living and I thought they were so expensive so I went on line to look them up. I read that they were supposed to be the best. I figured there had to be other companies out there just as good so I went on line and started looking. I found Edens Garden. It is a great company and the products are a lot cheaper and in my opinion just as good as Young Living essential oils. My daughter-in-law gets a lot of headaches. Luckily I only get them once in a while. I was excited to find Head Ease by Eden Gardens. It is a blend of essential oils which provide an all-natural solution to headaches that can actually relax the muscles so you can feel your best. It has a minty and earthy aroma. Head Ease is made up of complex oils to relieve pain. You want to dilute it by adding a carrier oil to the blend because it is what they call a hot oil meaning it can irritate you skin by itself. I mixed fractionated coconut oil to it because at the time that was the only carrier oil I had and it doesn't have any smell or color. I put the mixture in a small perfume like roller bottle so my daughter in law could easily apply it. You apply the diluted Head Ease Synergy essential oil mixture to your temples and forehead. I used it once and it helped but the real test was with my daughter in law. She loves it. Head Ease Synergy essential oil blend is a therapeutic blend of Basil, Chamomile, Frankincense, Lavender, Peppermint, Rosemary, Sweet Marjoram and Wintergreen. What a great mixture of oils that smells wonderful. I trust Edens Garden essential oils. They state that their oils are never diluted or mixed with additives just like Young Living states with theirs. I ordered a few of Edens Garden essential oil blends. They are all great at a very reasonable price and in my opinion, just as good as Young Living's essential oils. Edens Garden sent a pamplet on all the oils that was very informative. They even sent me an email concerning these oils and if I had any problems to contact me. They are a great and caring company. I now have an assortment of some of their essential oil blends and love them all. Their oils, blends and company themselves in my opinion are definitely a five star.

A friend recommended this and I am recommending this product. It actually helps with headaches and the aroma is very relaxing. I’m now using it on my 14-year-old son who is starting to have headaches. He says it helps a lot with his headaches.

Dec. 18, 2025 I just bought another version of this: Eden's Garden Muscle Relief Essential Oil Blend. This is even better than Headease. It just feels stronger and soaks into my tense muscles and body with a vengeance. I just got it today and I'm sold on this version of tension relief. I tried another company's version of a tension/muscle relief essential oil and while it was good, it was not as strong as Eden's Garden. I'm going to have to use up the other company's oil first before continuing with this one so that I don't waste it, but I REALLY like Muscle Relief for all my aches and pain. I used to suffer from migraines, but fortunately I no longer have them. I do still have bad headaches, and I use essential oils to help ease them. I had been buying my headache oil from a small shop in a town about 100 miles away from me - I travel to this town regularly. I was out of oil, and wouldn't be traveling for quite some time, so I looked online for a replacement and found this. I am in awe of how well this product works - better than the expensive stuff I was buying in person at the little shop. It is half the price and works twice as well. One complaint: it comes out of the bottle way too fast, but b/c it is less expensive I don't mind this too much. I use it the same way as I used the other brand: when I feel I'm getting a headache I rub some of this oil, undiluted, on my neck, my forehead, my temples, and by my nose. I usually forget I was going to get a headache; it works quite fast, and I don't need to take Excedrin as an added boost to make sure my headache goes away. I will continue to buy from Eden Gardens; I am very impressed with this product.

Amazing product!

I think this stuff mostly distracted my body from knowing it had a migraine. It does, however, smell wonderful and opens up my nose if I'm stopped up from allergies! I'm on a migraine prevention medicine now, but I use this for relaxing and sinus issues. It's still a cool product. It's just not going to actually fix your brain when it's on fire.

I don't use this oil topically but I swear the smell of it really does help my headaches. I like to diffuse it or just open it up and take a deep breathe. It's a very soothing mint scent. Great for headaches or just a high stress day.

I am 78 years old and have suffered from the agony of cluster migraine headaches since I was 26. I thought I had outgrown them as some do, since it had been ten years since my last horrific 3 month long trip to headache hell. About 1 week ago I started to experience the subtle breakthrough of pain in short bursts, while taking my daily afternoon snooze. This 'prodromal' before the full blown manifestationof this unbearable problem is typical. So I knew I was in deep trouble. At my age, a stroke from a blood vessel blow out can happen. I have used ice packs, oxygen therapy, Codeine by prescription, all sorts of NSAIDS, and Ergotamine, on and on and on. They can only help ease the pain, but never ameliorate it. I also tried Neurocet, a product you can only buy by mail, which is effective for body pain, but not cluster headaches. It contains Boswellia (Frankinscence) and it's good. But not the answer. I tried topical Frankinscence oil and it helped a little. So when I saw this product, I bought it based upon the reports of others. Yes, it does work. I had a monster cluster yesterday, and slathered it on the right side of my skull over the blood vessels that expand and create so much pain. . Also over my right eye, temple and the back of my neck on the right where the blood vessels also expand and cause endless agony. I did not dilute it with a carrier so it does sting a bit, but that is temporary. It worked! It slowed the pain, then as I got up and walked around, the pain started to ease further and finally stopped. This is my first day of using the product, and I am truly encouraged. I hope this helps others as well, for my heart goes out to every sufferer of this 'suicide headache syndrome' as it is called. Dr. Kathleen

I purchased this and a diffuser as another measure to help with my migraines, as I'm trying everything under the sun to help with them. Anyway, I had a terrible migraine yesterday while I was at work, and two doses of rescue medication that usually do the trick were just not cutting it. I was preparing for a dreaded trip to the ER, as my vision and motor skills were getting worse when I got home and found that the diffuser and oils I had ordered finally came in. They were sitting on my front porch, with a glow around them. That might have been an aura from a migraine, but this is my story so I'll tell it how I want. Well, I had never used a diffuser before, but I had seen them used, and done my research so I was able to figure out how to use it pretty quick. It's very simple, especially if I can figure out how to use it for the first time in the throes of a horrible migraine. I put a couple (two) drops of this in the diffuser, put it by my head, darkened the room, and hoped for the best. I woke up two hours later, and my migraine was gone. I felt so tired, hungover almost, but my migraine was gone. I know that this might not work for most people, but if you suffer from chronic migraines as I do, you are willing to try anything just to feel not in pain anymore. I will continue to do updates as necessary, but if this helped me with my migraine that much, and heck, even on the first time using it-I'm sold. Even if it worked for me just once it was worth it, an ER visit would have been much more expensive and uncomfortable. I'm a real person, paid my own money for this product, and am willing to answer questions if anyone has them. Wish I had heard about this years ago, this could have saved me so much pain, money, time, and just about everything else. -Hannah

Great delivery, nice smell. I don't think it would help with a very bad migraine, but it does help to feel more relaxed with a milder one.
