This is great to add to things when you need extra vegetables in your diet. Tastes great in shakes and I even incorporate it in my scramble eggs. If you need to make any bake goods green, this would be a natural way to do it. Probably can mix it in chocolate milk if you have picky eaters and it would probably mask the taste of the vegetables. The uses are endless. Good value for money and the texture is good in my opinion. Have no problems digesting it personally and ingredients look good to me. I have made pancakes using this mixed in into the batter and it tastes good.

Worked great , just don’t bake too long with it on the outside cause it turns into a brown dingy green . Otherwise good stuff

Very good product but be careful if you have kidney problems cause of the oxalate protein
