Organic and I use this in the evening before bed a little bit of a little bit of cinnamon. I’m not a huge fan of chamomile, but this one has a present but mild flavor. I only steep for maybe three minutes.

I'm big on health and wellness so I'm an avid tea drinker. I always heard great things about chamomile tea for relaxation, pain reduction and better sleep but whenever I tried it, nothing happened. Then I saw this one and decided one more try couldn't hurt. A god send! I'm not sure why this one's more potent, but one serving does the trick. I have been enjoying better sleep and fewer muscle aches ever since and have shared it with female friends who were experiencing bad cramps during their menses. They said it helped. This one really seems to do what I've always read. I'm glad I found it. I have a cup every night before bed. Great product!

It was a perfect fit to replace the original that was accidentally damaged. Due to uncertainty regarding durability I won't give 5 stars. That's not a knock on this product but durability is determined over time.

I have the Traditional Medicinals brand of peppermint, chamomile and Nighty Night. This is by far the most pure-tasting brand I've tried. I've started purchasing the six packs as you can't beat that amazing price. I won't belabor the chamomile love train already rolling through these comments, but seriously, chamomile is incredible. It's an anti-inflammatory, soothes digestion, calms nerves. There was a time I would have rolled my eyes at herbal teas as an answer to anything regarding problem digestion. However, when my infant had colic, her doctor put her on a couple of tablespoons of cham tea each evening before symptoms started and it obliterated the colic. That's impossible, right? That's what I thought. So, one night we held back on the tea. Sobbing, crying, clenching...and my little girl was screaming as well. Right back on the tea for the remainder of her colic-cycle and she was pain free. Incredible. Who knew? Go for the chamomile, try this brand, you're set.

Brew according to instructions. This plain old chamomile tastes amazing, but watch out, its really sedating, around noon I drank a big cup of it and had to go back to bed and slept several hours. GOOD STUFF.

A solid night time tea with a calming effect for me. The taste is as expected and I go through cases of these every few months.
