Taste good very close to the fresh vegetabl. I can only give you a good tip is to really let it soak in water before cooking it, is thick enough to make it a soup or as a stew with chicken or meat.

Leaves come completely dry, so there is also some powder in the box, as they are VERY TENDER, like a moth - break easily. NO ISSUE for my use...I put 4 handfuls in blender, and 10 oz water, blend and drink glass a day for nutritional benefit.One box - used as I say above - will last you 6-8 days - well worth if for your health.It is supposedly nutrient rich, and a powerful healer. Just finished my first box today,and have a second box to go through.If you will use it as a drink like me, do so at NIGHT as - it is also a body CLEANSER, which is GOOD, but that makes you tired.
