Something strange and unexpected. Its a dark and twisted comedy rpg. Imagine a lemming race in Swedish hell. Can you outlast the endtime countdown? The art is fantastic. The quality of the printing, the papers, book layout, and construction is superb. Its one of a kind.

I’d say the big thing is making sure you pay for careful shipping, as mine just came raw in a standard plastic “prime” bag. As for the quality of the book, I’d say this is the most gorgeous book out of the “Borg” series yet. The art is heavy, dark, and oozing with mood and intent. The artists seriously knocked this one out of the park. Overtime, RPG manuals seem to have been in an arms race over which company can make the most boring and tasteless “manuals” possible. Morkborg takes this in the opposite direction, and deliberately integrates the instructions within the artwork, effectively making it necessary to take in the gruesome imagery to understand the rules. And speaking of the rules, they’re welcomingly light and easy to understand. Much of the DM’s responsibility relies on creatively communicating environments and scenarios as opposed to meticulously measuring out combat distances. The players are expected to come to the table with full understanding of the nature of what they’re playing, which the art makes this far easier to clearly demonstrate the mood and tone. Overall, I heavily recommend. Great time, and awesome book.

I've been meaning to add Mork Borg to my collection for some time, and it doesn't disappoint. It's a high-concept, no-mercy game presented with gorgeous pop-doom layouts and artwork. This is always one of the first books people who aren't familiar with RPGs pull off my shelf to thumb through, and there's a very clear reason for that. This rulebook feels like viewing a high-intensity videogame trailer or intro sequence: it sucks you into this neon black metal world and makes you eager to die.

Mork Borg takes place in an oppressive, near-Medieval nightmare apocalypse where nearly all the light has drained out of the world. It deals with mature themes and horror that may not be everyone's cup of tea. While its themes may be unapproachable for some, the game system is simple, intuitive and clever. The production of the book is fantastic, and at a good price point. If you can handle the subject matter, you need not worry about how to play the game. This is a go-to game for my gaming group, particularly with the plethora of well-priced and produced supplement books available for it. Not for everyone, but definitely for me.

I have played countless hours of this game via discord and it has a thriving community if you go to the official MORK BORG discord server, you will find plenty of people playing this game via VTTs and discord VC. go to lfg section. it is a rules lite game and you get to focus on the cool narrative, not game mechanics. its a pleasure to GM and play, pick up a copy and see you online!

I love the art in this book. I haven’t had a chance to play yet, but it doesn’t matter, it’s just so delightful to look at.

Really fantastic book! The art is wonderful, gives you and any players a much better feel of the world of Mörk Borg than just reading the free rules. A lot of it is just cool too, if you want something fun to look at. My only gripe with this is that the book, as sold on Amazon, doesn't come with the PDF of the rules. Should you find yourself wanting these, just buy directly from the publisher.
