I'm on my second bottle, can't swallow pills so I empty two capsules in the morning with other supplements into a large drink and mix them up. I like that the bottle is blueish with a red label so that I can quickly tell it apart from my other supplements.

Not sure this was for me.
I have low blood pressure. After taking this a week or so, I got very dizzy/light headed and I checked my blood pressure. I checked it 4 times just to make sure what I was seeing was correct. It was SUPER LOW. Like 88/56 or something around there each time. I quit taking this and have had no more spells. So this probably works for people who need to lower their blood pressure. I was taking it for other health benefits.
