Kings Brand Silver/Walnut Finish Wood & Metal Suit Valet Rack Stand Organizer,

Bought this for my DH so he'll review. DH: My general "handiness" is -3; my experience in "U assemble furniture" is a 5 (of 10); my patience is 3. Assembly is not complex, but I made multiple mistakes by failing to screw "proper side up" and similar matters. A few hints (I could NOT find a video on You Tube--there should be one): 1. Assemble in an ample, uncluttered space. 2. Assistance is not required, but would be HELPFUL. 3. If ANY PARTS missing, even one screw, REPACKAGE AND RETURN--everything but a couple of washers are "mission critical". 4. Have a clean floor about you so that if you drop a part, it will not be lost. 5. Prepare yourself by insuring you're in good health and humor (this is NOT a joke) and have your favorite caffeinated beverage close at hand (mine--Diet Mountain Dew) 6. Follow SEQUENCE shown on one-page instruction sheet WITHOUT DEVIANCE. 7. Make sure you've got "right side up" for different parts--here's where assistance is helpful (I had no one, and paid for my pride). 8. Expect to spend 45 minutes or so if you make mistakes. If you're a whiz, you could do it in 10. 9. Hex nut construction is NOT complex--and I got two (2) cheap assembly tools in the package. 10. Keep your "eye on the prize". If you're steady and patient, you get a VERY NICE LOOKING, and relatively sturdy but simple valet stand. Thank you wife! Dislikes: The top wood coat holder simple "rests" on two support struts--it's not as firmly fixed as I would like, but then again, gravity cures a multitude of sins. Trickiest part is attachment of wood "shelf"--it's logical, but potentially a serious pain in the butt for the unwary. Likes: Clean lines, attractive pieces, all but top piece screws down HARD AND FIRM. Base weight is about 5#--I find it adequate. I've had much more expensive, and much higher rated units totally fail on me--simple is good here. BTW: If you give this as a gift, make sure recipient is capable of assembly--OR PRESENT RECIPIENT WITH FULLY ASSEMBLED UNIT.

I use this valet in my massage room. It's very useful and looks simple and sophisticated. Great value!

Missing screws as well as washers, base is very difficult to assemble

Item was damaged. Also, one of the pieces has defective threads making it impossible to properly screw the shelf into stability. Unfortunately missed return window by one day due to traveling. This was a gift for someone so now we cannot give it. Do not buy from Amazon Resale. Complete rip off.

This valet has a heavy base that makes the whole thing very sturdy. It's a beautiful piece of furniture and I highly recommend it.

Really speeds up the morning when clothing is selected the night before and hung carefully on the valet. Space for shirt/coat/sweater and pants, with a shelf for other necessities. The only DISADVANTAGE is that even though the base is weighted, it's easy to tip while dealing with heavier shirt/sweater/coat items.

Nice looking, got it for my Son, the only thing I didn’t like is that you can’t put a Polo on a hanging . It has to be a button Shirt
