Good value for money, when I need to help regulate my daughters sleep, this helps to do just that. No weird taste, it is effective in helping her to sleep and throughout the night, the texture is smooth to out in a nighttime bottle. Just never overdo it with melatonin for a kid because it can slow fheir respitory systrm down, but it has a syringe to measure.

We would give occasional when younger. But since he got older his sleep schedule is all over the place . Pediatrician and his psych doctor for his autism wanted him on heavier sleeping meds but I didn’t feel comfortable with that. if he doesn’t use this. When we use this he goes to sleep around 840pm and sleeps thru the night MOST of the time. Don’t get me wrong there are still times where he will pop up around 330,4am sometimes 230. But it’s usually if we don’t give him this!! He is non verbal autistic has a plethora of health issues and is on enough meds I didn’t want anything too crazy for sleep . My son’s sleep schedule is all over the place sometimes he would wake at 230,sometimes 3am sometimes 4. When we use this it helps tremendously!!! We use it for the times that we know it’s gonna be ONE OF those nights lol. This has kept my son from being on more serious sleep meds!!

So I've used this about 5 times so far. I've only used it when my toddler was just completely restless and it's worked every time. Today I ran out of my own melatonin and I really needed just a small dose so I took the same dose as my son and it actually gave me heartburn, I honestly feel like I just drank some cough syrup. My son always makes a weird face when I give it to him and now I know why. I'm no longer going to use this for him because if it makes him feel the way I feel right now then it's really not worth the extra sleep. This product definitely works but I recommend trying it before you give it to your kids because my kids and I could possibly just be oversensitive but you really won't know unless you try for yourself.

Works! Don’t use everyday but on nights that toddler can’t get to sleep this helps relax and aid in relaxing
