OK, so here's the deal: Everyone is different and I highly suggest starting slowly. I have a teen who was having a lot of trouble concentrating on schoolwork. One pill was not enough, but two did the trick. If you have a child with ADD, read Dr. Amen's book on the 7 types of ADHD. It will give you an idea of dosing. Some people can take quite a bit of this stuff multiple times a day. Just don't start that way! I recently took it for about 6 days, and LOVED the focus and energy it gave me. Then one night I went to bed, and just felt wound up and happy. I could not sleep, so ended up taking a sleep aid. I'm taking a break, and plan to take half a pill or so. I think this is a high dose for some people. Just be aware that it can increase thyroid function, so if your is already too high you need to skip this. Do a little research so you understand more about this product.

I’m taken aback with this. I am autistic and have ADHD as well. Admittedly, I have the attention span of a frog when it comes to things I am not interested in. Such as, my office job (I manage a vet hospital, which is not as fun as it sounds) while I continue studying towards my passion. When I first started taking this, I felt a little jittery and also a bit hyper active. I’ve been taking this once, sometimes twice daily for almost 2 weeks and I’m finding myself pretty focus-driven at work. This is not typical for me, but I have completed more tasks in the past week than I feel I ever have. The main difference for me is if I’m called away from a task, I’m able to go right back to it afterwards. For anyone with ADHD, you know this is not how our brains operate. I highly recommend trying this out, but talk about it with your physician first. The 750mg works for me, but I’ve seen some reviews that recommend starting at a smaller dose, or not at all for those who have high blood pressure. My BP is still perfect, but it’s only been a couple weeks and that can change at any moment.

For me this product didn't do much benefit, It makes me sleepy, nappy after that very very very hungry. I like Now Foods a lot, this product is not going well with my body!!

I don't know if it's my mind but I'm seeing immediate results. Back story.. I think i may have adhd but didn't want to spend the money to get tested. Decided to try something else until I can afford the test.. Immediate results.. Motivation and everything is up.. Things are different.. Found out about this from tik tok videos.. Appreciate it
