The product is great, the hardware sent is trash though...
The product totally lived up to expectations when we pulled it out the box for the first time. Just one of these is sturdy enough to hold like 5 hoodies, 2 winter coats, a decently filled purse, 2 pair of my sweat pants I keep by the door incase I need to make a quick run out... Not bad at all if you ask me and would totally consider purchasing more if needed. However, if you buy this make sure you have some better anchors and screws on hand or plan to screw it into a backing or studs if possible.... The little plastic anchors that come with it, I am sorry for the harshness lol, but they are simply trash. They bend and become impossible to get into the wall the moment you try to insert them. And yes, I used the right sized drill bit, I used to be a carpenter/construction worker...So my suggestion is yes, this is a product worth the money however, you will need to have some better hardware to install it properly if you actually want it to stay on the wall when you hang something on it.I would also suggest to actually screw into studs or a backing plate as mentioned above. In out apartment, the drywall is simply too thin to safely support anything really worth wild without the studs taking the weight...My suggestion to the company: Send better hardware and adjust the measurements so that the screw holes actually line up with standard stud layouts (16" on center) so your product can be totally secured to the studs when hung. Then actually make that the standard way to hang it. Drywall is not the answer at all lbvs.Great product otherwise...

Perfect for my hall that goes to the basement
I ordered 2 of these racks for our jackets. They were easy to install good hardware. They look great and are sturdy.

Great value, sleek deisign
Love this for the small space we have for coats. Used one high up for the adults and one down low for the kiddos. Both work great. I really appreciate that there are no sharp edges to catch on the clothes, it's really well polished and does the intended job.

Attractive
These hooks seem strong and attractive. However, they came with no installation instructions, so putting them up was something of a guessing game.

Sturdier than I expected
Not bad for the price. So far so good on holding winter coats. I listened to others on here and bought some #8 wall anchors , around $5 on Amazon, ditched the toy screws that came with it. I even drilled a extra hole and added a 3rd anchor just to be safe . Coats hide everything ,so another hole isn't a big deal to me, pulling out of the wall is !!
